In claim 5, “or a wall surface of a side of each of two first mounting sections close to the insertion cavity is provided with a snap-fit protrusion, and the two first mounting sections, by means of snap- fit protrusions, are in interference fit with two outer side walls of the tab spaced apart from each other in a thickness direction of the tab, and outer wall surfaces of two second mounting sections abut against an inner wall surfaces of the tab mounting holes.” Should read -- the wall surface of the side of each of two first mounting sections close to the insertion cavity is provided with the snap-fit protrusion, and the two first mounting sections, by means of snap- fit protrusions, are in interference fit with two outer side walls of the tab spaced apart from each other in the thickness direction of the tab, and outer wall surfaces of two second mounting sections abut against the inner wall surfaces of the tab mounting holes.--.

Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –
(a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.

Regarding claim 1, MINAMI teaches A terminal [29 is a high-voltage terminal, at least figures 15-16], comprising: an insertion portion [see 44 and 45], the insertion portion
Regarding claim 9, MINAMI teaches An electromagnetic coil [27 and 28], comprising: a framework structure [26]; a wire body [the coil wire], the wire bodyclaim 1, the framework structure being provided with tab mounting holes [see inside 26, where terminal 29 is mounted] for allowing the tab and the terminal to be inserted therein [fig. 16].
Allowable Subject Matter
Claims 2-8 and 10-20 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims.
