DETAILED ACTION Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA status The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA . Claim Objections Claims 1, 4, and 7 are objected to because of the following informalities: The word “an” before “SRS” need to be change to “a”. Appropriate correction is required. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102 The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless – (a)(2) the claimed invention was described in a patent issued under section 151, or in an application for patent published or deemed published under section 122(b), in which the patent or application, as the case may be, names another inventor and was effectively filed before the effective filing date of the claimed invention. Claims 1, 4, and 7 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(2) as being anticipated by U.S. PGPub. No. 20230336390 to Abdelghaffar et al. As to Claims 1, 4, and 7, Abdelghaffar disclose a terminal apparatus, a base station apparatus, and communication method used for terminal apparatus (Fig. 1, paragraph [0005, 0029, 0030]), comprising: generating circuitry configured to generate a Sounding Reference Signal (SRS) sequence for an SRS resource (Fig. 1, paragraph [0007, 0028, 0086, 0117, 0137], where the SRS sequence is generated for SRS transmission in transceiver implemented with various circuitry/processor); transmission circuitry configured to transmit a Sounding Reference Signal (SRS) on the SRS resource (Fig. 1, abstract, paragraph [0005, 0028, 0086, 0117, 0137], where the transceiver (UE) implemented with various circuitry/processor transmit SRS on SRS resource); reception circuitry configured to receive a Sounding Reference Signal (SRS) resource to which SRS sequence is mapped (Fig. 1, paragraph [0005, 0117, 0137, 0147, 0159], where the transceiver (base station) implemented with various circuitry/processor receive SRS on SRS resource); wherein the SRS resource includes at least number of N of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex (OFDM) symbols (Fig. 1, Fig. 4, paragraph [0126], where multiple OFDM symbols are include in SRS resource transmission); the SRS sequence is determined based at least on a cyclic shift (Fig. 1, Fig. 4, paragraph [0007, 0117, 0163], where the SRS (SRS resource) configured according to the cyclic shift parameter); the cyclic shift is functions of the index of the OFDM symbol (Fig. 1, Fig. 4, paragraph [0176, 0141], where the cyclic shift is based on OFDM symbol index which implicitly in function of cyclic shift determination).
