Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA . Information Disclosure Statement IDS(es) submitted on 11/8/2024 has/have been considered. Oath/Declaration Oath/Declaration filed on 9/13/2024 has been acknowledged. Drawings Drawing(s) submitted on 9/13/2024 have been acknowledged. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102 The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless – (a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention. Claim(s) 1-8 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Dahlen et al. (US 2014/0213258; hereinafter Dahlen). Regarding claims 1, 4, 7, and 8, Dahlen discloses a method/a UE and network for redirecting a user equipment (UE) from a first network to a second network (Fig. 1; [0015]: steering a mobility of the user equipment to a second network based on network sharing capability), comprising: receiving, at the UE, a redirection message that redirects the UE from the first network to the second network ([0006], [0034]-[0036]: UE receiving RRC message from the source network regarding two PLMN identities; the source network steering and redirecting UE to another network); determining, at the UE, band information for the second network ([0034]: UE is configured to be capable of retrieving the information on at least one PLMN identity of the at least two PLMN identities from the transmitted message from the source network); and redirecting to the second network based on the determined band information ([0036]: steering and redirecting the UE to a RAT or frequency band accordingly in the shared network). Regarding claims 2, and 5, Dahlen discloses wherein the redirection message includes band information for each of a plurality of mobile network operator (MNO) partners of the first network (Fig. 1; [0029]: the redirecting of UE to the shared network comprise a plurality of Multi-Operator Core Network with plurality of PLMN identities). Regarding claims 3 and 6, Dahlen discloses wherein determining the band information for the second network is based on one or more of a configuration of the UE, a band support table (Fig. 1; [0029]: the second network is a shared network with plurality of PLMN identities in the Multiple PLMN List), bands based on a location of the UE, and signal strength measurements.
