Re claim 1, Huang disclosed:A method performed by a first entity supporting light-based positioning (LBP) of a user equipment (UE), comprising: receiving, from a second entity, a request for location information of the UE, the request for location information defined and transferred using a positioning protocol for at least one of 4G, 5G or 6G cellular communication [ e.g. Par 0081, 0124 ]; obtaining at least one measurement of a light-based signal based on the light-based signal received from a third entity; and sending the location information to the second entity, wherein the location information is based on the at least one measurement, and wherein the location information is sent using the positioning protocol. [ e.g. Par 0079, 0120-0123 ] Re claim 21, Huang disclosed:A method performed by a second entity supporting light-based positioning (LBP) of a user equipment (UE), comprising: transmitting, to a first entity, a request for location information of the UE, the request for location information defined and transferred using a positioning protocol for at least one of 4G, 5G or 6G cellular communication [e.g. Par 0081, 0124 ]; transmitting, to a third entity, a request to transmit a light-based signal from the third entity to the first entity; and receiving, from the first entity, the location information, wherein the location information is based on at least one measurement of the light- based signal, and wherein the location information is received using the positioning protocol. [ e.g. Par 0079, 0120-0123 ] Re claim 34 , Huang disclosed:A method at a third entity supporting light-based positioning (LBP) of a user equipment (UE), comprising: receiving, from a second entity, a request to transmit a light-based signal to a first entity, the request defined and transferred using a positioning protocol for at least one of 4G, 5G or 6G cellular communication [e.g. Par 0081, 0124] ; and transmitting the light-based signal to the first entity based on the request. [ e.g. Par 0079, 0120-0123 ] Re claim 36 , Huang disclosed:A first entity supporting light-based positioning (LBP) of a user equipment (UE), comprising: one or more memories; one or more transceivers; and one or more processors [e.g. Par 0161, 0166, 0171] communicatively coupled to the one or more memories and the one or more transceivers, the one or more processors, either alone or in combination, being configured to: receive, via the one or more transceivers, from a second entity, a request for location information of the UE, the request for location information defined and transferred using a positioning protocol for at least one of 4G, 5G or 6G cellular communication [e.g. Par 0081, 0124] ; obtain at least one measurement of a light-based signal based on the light-based signal received from a third entity; and send, via the one or more transceivers, the location information to the second entity, wherein the location information is based on the at least one measurement, and wherein the location information is sent using the positioning protocol. [ e.g. Par 0079, 0120-0123 ] Re claim 56, Huang disclosed:A second entity supporting light-based positioning (LBP) of a user equipment (UE), comprising: one or more memories; one or more transceivers; and one or more processors [e.g. Par 0161, 0166, 0171] communicatively coupled to the one or more memories and the one or more transceivers, the one or more processors, either alone or in combination, being configured to: transmit, via the one or more transceivers, to a first entity, a request for location information of the UE, the request for location information defined and transferred using a positioning protocol for at least one of 4G, 5G or 6G cellular communication [e.g. Par 0081, 0124] ; transmit, via the one or more transceivers, to a third entity, a request to transmit a light-based signal from the third entity to the first entity; and receive, via the one or more transceivers, from the first entity, the location information, wherein the location information is based on at least one measurement of the light- based signal, and wherein the location information is received using the positioning protocol. [ e.g. Par 0079, 0120-0123 ] Re claim 69, Huang disclosed:A third entity supporting light-based positioning (LBP) of a user equipment (UE), comprising: one or more memories; one or more transceivers; and one or more processors [e.g. Par 0161, 0166, 0171] communicatively coupled to the one or more memories and the one or more transceivers, the one or more processors, either alone or in combination, being configured to: receive, via the one or more transceivers, from a second entity, a request to transmit a light-based signal to a first entity, the request defined and transferred using a positioning protocol for at least one of 4G, 5G or 6G cellular communication; and transmit, via the one or more transceivers, the light-based signal to the first entity based on the request. [ e.g. Par 0079, 0120-0123 ] Re claims 2 and 37, Huang disclosed: The method or system of claim 1 or 36, wherein the location information comprises the at least one measurement, or wherein the location information comprises an absolute location or relative location of the UE, or wherein the light-based signal is a Light Fidelity (Li-Fi) signal. [Fig 2,3 e.g. Par 0052 - 0055 ] Re claims 23 and 58, Huang disclosed: The second entity of claim 56, The method or system of claim 22 or 56, wherein the location information comprises the at least one measurement, or wherein the location information comprises an absolute location or relative location of the UE, or wherein the light-based signal is a Light Fidelity (Li-Fi) signal [Fig 2,3 e.g. Par 0052 - 0055 ] , or wherein the UE corresponds to the first entity, the second entity or the third entity, or [ e.g. Par 0079, 0120-0123 ] wherein the second entity comprises another UE or a location server, or wherein the third entity comprises another UE or a wireless network component for 4G, 5G or 6G cellular communication. [e.g. Par 0081, 0124] Re claims 3- 13, 15-20, 24-31, 33, 35, 38 – 48, 50-55, 59-66, 68 and 70, Huang disclosed among other things: Light sensors [ Par 0058 ], visible light spectrum [ e.g. Par 0003, 0050, 0052-0055 ], RSSI measurement [ Par 0058] , bandwidth of a light-based signal [ Par 0153 ], light-based signal is at least partly within an X-Ray spectrum [ Par 0050 ].
