(b) CONCLUSION.—The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor regards as the invention.
The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph:
The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the applicant regards as his invention.
Claims 1-10 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112(b) or 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph, as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor (or for applications subject to pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 112, the applicant), regards as the invention.
Regarding claim 1
Claim 1 recites the limitation "the infrastructure emergency" in line 13. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim.
Allowable Subject Matter
Claims 11-20 are objected for minor informality, but would be allowable if rewritten to overcome the objection.
The following is a statement of reasons for the indication of allowable subject matter:
The present invention discloses a cloud server computer system comprising executable instructions for execution by the cloud server computer system, that when executed cause the cloud server computer system to be operative to obtain infrastructure condition information from a plurality of infrastructure operations center network entities, the infrastructure condition information associated with each of the plurality of infrastructure operations center network entities; send infrastructure emergency information related to a plurality of infrastructure conditions, to a plurality of emergency communication center network entities to request dispatch of emergency responders to an infrastructure emergency; and transmit infrastructure emergency information to a plurality of emergency responder devices in response to receiving infrastructure conditions. The closest prior art, Martin et al. (US 2019/0174289 A1) discloses a method for providing an alternate communication pathway for emergency data to an emergency service provider by using social media content, but fails to disclose obtain infrastructure condition information from a plurality of infrastructure operations center network entities, the infrastructure condition information associated with each of the plurality of infrastructure operations center network entities; send infrastructure emergency information related to a plurality of infrastructure conditions, to a plurality of emergency communication center network entities to request dispatch of emergency responders to an infrastructure emergency; and transmit infrastructure emergency information to a plurality of emergency responder devices in response to receiving infrastructure conditions.
