Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
Claim(s) 1, 13, and 20 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102 (b) as anticipated by or, in the alternative, under 35 U.S.C. 103 as obvious over Zhang et al.
Regarding claim 1, Zang et al. ( US 20190281588) disclose a port determining method, comprising: determining, by a terminal [0015], a scheme used for uplink transmission ( [0239] Table -US-00008), and determining, by the terminal, a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) port for the uplink transmission according to the scheme ([0163], Table -US-00002).
Regarding claim 13 and 20, claims 13 and 20 are apparatus and storage medium claims corresponding to metho claim 1 and are similarly analyzed.
Allowable Subject Matter
Claims 2-12, 14-19 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims.

Panteleevet al. (20210168852) disclose a downlink control information transmission system.
Xiong et al. (20210203397) disclose systems and method for multiple-beam uplink transmission.
