Claims 1-5 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1)/(a)(2) as being anticipated by Akashi (EP 2881669), which shows all of the claimed limitations. Akashi shows:
1. A heating cooker comprising: a heating cooking compartment 1; a detector 25 configured to detect a temperature inside the heating cooking compartment (para. 0041); a first heater unit 3 disposed above the heating cooking compartment (fig. 1); a supply unit 18 configured to supply hot air into the heating cooking compartment (para. 0036); and a controller 9,28 configured to control the first heater unit and the supply unit, wherein the first heater unit includes a first heater, the supply unit includes a heater 7 for hot air and a fan 6, and the controller controls the first heater and the heater for hot air based on a detection result of the detector in a predetermined temperature zone (fig. 3; para. 0052).
2. The heating cooker according to claim 1, further comprising a measurement unit configured to measure time, wherein, in a high temperature zone higher than the predetermined temperature zone, the controller controls the first heater based on a measurement result of the measurement unit, and controls the heater for hot air based on a detection result of the detector (para. 0046,0050,0062).
3. The heating cooker according to claim 1, wherein the controller controls the heater for hot air based on a detection result of the detector in a low temperature zone lower than the predetermined temperature zone (para. 0046,0053).
4. The heating cooker according to claim 1, further comprising an operation unit configured to receive an operation, wherein the controller determines a target temperature for heating and cooking a heating-target object based on an operation result of the operation unit (para. 0046,0053).
5. The heating cooker according to claim 1, further comprising a second heater unit 2 disposed below the heating cooking compartment, wherein the second heater unit includes a second heater 23, and the controller controls the first heater, the second heater, and the heater for hot air based on a detection result of the detector in the predetermined temperature zone (fig. 3; para. 0046,0053).
