Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 112 Claims 1-10 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112(b) or 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph, as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor (or for applications subject to pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 112, the applicant), regards as the invention. In claim 1, lines 3 and 4, the phrase “wastewater samples full-scale” is unclear as to its meaning. On lines 5 and 6, “traditional toxicity indexes” is unclear as to its meaning. On lines 13, “a corresponding prediction” is unclear as to its meaning. In claim 7 line 2,. “the performance” lacks prior antecedent basis in the claim. In claim 8, line 1, the feature selection” is unclear as to its meaning.
