Office Action

§112
DETAILED ACTION Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA . Priority Acknowledgment is made of applicant's claim for foreign priority based on an application filed in Republic of Korea on 04/12/19. It is noted, however, that applicant has not filed a certified copy of the Korean application (KR 10-2020-0003875) application as required by 37 CFR 1.55. Information Disclosure Statement The information disclosure statement (IDS) submitted on 06/11/26 has been considered by the examiner. Drawings The drawings were received on 11/18/24 are acceptable. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 112 The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 112(b): (b) CONCLUSION.—The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor regards as the invention. Claim 3 recites the limitation "a second transformer" in line 3, a first transformer hasn’t been claimed therefore is should be changed to –first transformer--. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim. Claim 3 recites the limitation "a third electric wire" in line 6, a first and second electric wire haven’t been claimed therefore is should be changed to –first electric wire--There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim. Claim 3 recites the limitation "a fourth electric wire" in line 7, a second and third electric wire hasn’t been claimed therefore is should be changed to –second electric wire--. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim. Claim 3 recites the limitation "the third and fourth electric wires" in line 8, the third and fourth electric haven’t been claimed therefore is should be changed to –the first and second electric wires--. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim. Claim 3 rejection can also be corrected by having it depend on claim 2 without having to make the above changes. Allowable Subject Matter Claims 1-2 and 4-10 are allowed over the cited prior art of record. Claim 3 would be allowable if rewritten to overcome the rejection(s) under 35 U.S.C. 112(b) or 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), 2nd paragraph, set forth in this Office action and to include all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims. The following is an examiner’s statement of reasons for allowance: Claim 1 is allowed because the prior art of record fails to disclose or suggest an active compensating device including the limitation “a plurality of amplifying units configured to generate a plurality of amplified signals in parallel by amplifying the plurality of output signals, the plurality of amplified units corresponding to the plurality of output signals, respectively; and a compensating unit configured to, on the basis of the plurality of amplified signals, withdraw a compensation current from the at least two or more high current paths or generate a compensation voltage on the at least two or more high current paths, wherein the at least two or more high current paths are configured to transmit a high current supplied from a second device to the first device“ in addition to other limitations recited therein. Dependent claims 2 and 4-10 are allowable by virtue of their dependency. Any comments considered necessary by applicant must be submitted no later than the payment of the issue fee and, to avoid processing delays, should preferably accompany the issue fee. Such submissions should be clearly labeled “Comments on Statement of Reasons for Allowance.” Any inquiry concerning this communication or earlier communications from the examiner should be directed to ADOLF D BERHANE whose telephone number is (571)272-2077.
