Double Patenting
Claims 1-20 rejected on the ground of nonstatutory double patenting as being unpatentable over claims 1-20 of U.S. Patent No. 12,182,593. Although the claims at issue are not identical, they are not patentably distinct from each other. Although the conflicting claims are not identical, they are not patentably distinct from each other because they recite only obvious differences which would have been obvious to one of ordinary skill in the art at the time of invention such as simply omitting/adding steps or elements along with their functions, and implementing a system, product, or medium having a computer program for performing the method steps. Thus, as side by side comparison shown below each limitation of the current claims 1-20 are shown in the patent claims 1-6, 9, 11-18, 21, 24, 25, 19, and 20, respectively.
