Since this application is eligible for continued examination under 37 CFR 1.114, and the fee set forth in 37 CFR 1.17(e) has been timely paid, the finality of the previous Office action has been withdrawn pursuant to 37 CFR 1.114. Applicant's submission filed on 1/30/26 has been entered.

Double Patenting
The Double Patenting rejection of claims 1-7, 12, 14-21, 23 and 25 is maintained for the reason of record.
NOTE: In order to expedite the prosecution, the examiner reached out to applicant’s representative, Conor Ball on 2/23/26 advising about problems with the Terminal Disclaimers submitted on 9/8/25.
Since the interview no additional submission has been received and, consequently, this Office Action is issued.
