Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA . DETAIL ACTION This office action is a response to an application filed 12/19/2024 claiming domestic priority to 63/612,455 filed 12/20/2023. As filed, claims 1, 4, 6, 7, 9, 13-15, 18, 20, 22, 24, 25, 28, and 31-36 are pending; and claims 2, 3, 5, 8, 10-12, 16, 17, 19, 21, 23, 26, 27, 29, and 30 are cancelled. Information Disclosure Statement The information disclosure statement (IDS) submitted on 5/2/2025 has been considered by the Examiner. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102 The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless – (a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention. Claims 33 and 34 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Chemical Abstract Registry No. 2952836-37-0, hereinafter CAS370. Regarding claims 33 and 34, CAS370 teaches the following compound, which meets all the limitations of these claims. Regarding claims 33 and 36, CAS815 teaches the following compound, which meets all the limitations of these claims. Such expression can be clarified by reciting -- comprise Regarding claim 24, the claim recites the phrase, “reacting the compound having the Formula II with acid and reacting the resulting intermediate with base”. Such expression can be clarified by reciting -- reacting the compound having the Formula II with acid to form an intermediate, and reacting the Regarding claim 31, the claim recites the phrase, “compound having the Formula I is made via the process of Claim 1”. Such expression can be clarified by reciting -- compound having the Formula I is made by the process of Claim 1 --. Regarding claim 33, the claim recites the phrase, “or a salt of any of the foregoing”. Such expression can be clarified by reciting -- or a salt thereof --. Appropriate correction is required. Claims 4, 6, 7, 9, and 13 are objected to as being dependent upon an objected base claim, but would be allowable if the objection of the base claim is corrected. Claims 15, 18, 25, 28, and 31 are objected to as being dependent upon an objected base claim, but would be allowable if the objection of the base claim is corrected. Allowable Subject Matter Claim 32 is allowed. Claim 35 is objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims. Conclusion Claims 33, 34, and 36 are rejected. Claim 32 is allowed. Claims 1, 4, 6, 7, 9 13-15, 18, 20, 22, 24, 25, 28, 31, 33, and 35 are objected. Claims 2, 3, 5, 8, 10-12, 16, 17, 19, 21, 23, 26, 27, 29, and 30 are cancelled.
