The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA .
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
In the event the determination of the status of the application as subject to AIA 35 U.S.C. 102 and 103 (or as subject to pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 102 and 103) is incorrect, any correction of the statutory basis (i.e., changing from AIA to pre-AIA ) for the rejection will not be considered a new ground of rejection if the prior art relied upon, and the rationale supporting the rejection, would be the same under either status.
The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –
(a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
Claim(s)-1, 2, 3 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by TOMOJI, Yasuda (EP-3754753-B1).
Regarding Claim-1, TOMOJI, Yasuda (EP-3754753-B1) in Fig.-1, 3, 4, discloses that- a busbar module, comprising: a case (10, busbar module) with a busbar accommodation portion (30, holder); a busbar (25) being accommodated in the busbar accommodation portion (30, holder); and a cover assembled to an upper surface side (252, top layer) of the case (251, main body), wherein the busbar accommodation portion includes a busbar support portion (311, strip support member) positioned at a lower surface side (21, main strip) of the busbar (25) and a busbar surrounding portion (20, circuit body FPC) that surrounds the busbar, and the cover includes a busbar pressing portion (22 & 23, branch portions) to press an upper surface of the busbar so as to position the busbar therebetween with the busbar support portion (311, strip support member).

Regarding Claim-2, TOMOJI, Yasuda (EP-3754753-B1) in Fig.-7, discloses the busbar module, wherein a tip end portion of the busbar pressing portion (35, expandable/contractable portions) is bent in a hook shape (Fig. 7, 35).

Regarding Claim-3, TOMOJI, Yasuda (EP-3754753-B1) in Fig.-1, 3, 4, discloses that the busbar module, wherein the case includes an FPC accommodation portion (20, circuit body FPC), also the busbar module (10, busbar module) further comprises an FPC being accommodated in the FPC accommodation portion (20, circuit body FPC), and the cover includes a cover main body portion (busbar main body 251) being positioned at the upper surface side of the FPC to position the FPC therebetween with the FPC accommodation portion.
