Applicant is advised that the date of any re-submission of any item of information contained in this information disclosure statement or the submission of any missing element(s) will be the date of submission for purposes of determining compliance with the requirements based on the time of filing the statement, including all certification requirements for statements under 37 CFR 1.97(e). Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
In the event the determination of the status of the application as subject to AIA 35 U.S.C. 102 and 103 (or as subject to pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 102 and 103) is incorrect, any correction of the statutory basis (i.e., changing from AIA to pre-AIA ) for the rejection will not be considered a new ground of rejection if the prior art relied upon, and the rationale supporting the rejection, would be the same under either status.

Referring to claim 16, Qingdao discloses wherein the AED simulation machine includes a box, a main unit inside the box, and two electrode pads connected to the main unit; the box has a cover, and the main unit has a button switch and a shock button (description and paragraphs 0028-0049); the box is mounted on the inner side of the downward-opening door near the head shell of the CPR simulation manikin (description and paragraphs 0028-0049); the chest board has two AED electrode pad position sensors to detect position signals of the two electrode pads attached to the AED simulation machine (description and paragraphs 0028-0049); the CPR simulation manikin control circuit board includes a central controller and a sensor signal processing module, which are connected to the AED electrode pad position sensors (description and paragraphs 0028-0049).
