The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the applicant regards as his invention.
4. Claims 15 and 17 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112(b) (pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 112, second paragraph), as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor, or for pre-AIA the applicant regards as the invention.
Claim 15 depends on claim 1 and recites the limitations “the common voltage line”, “the first conductive connection structures”, “the first portion”, “the second portion”, and “the first conductive connection structure”. Claim 17 depends on claim 1 and recites the limitation “the common voltage line” and “the second conductive connection structure”. There is insufficient antecedent basis for each of the limitations. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 103
5. The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 103 which forms the basis for all obviousness rejections set forth in this Office action:
A patent for a claimed invention may not be obtained, notwithstanding that the claimed invention is not identically disclosed as set forth in section 102 of this title, if the differences between the claimed invention and the prior art are such that the claimed invention as a whole would have been obvious before the effective filing date of the claimed invention to a person having ordinary skill in the art to which the claimed invention pertains. Patentability shall not be negated by the manner in which the invention was made.
6. Claims 1-3, 5, 7, and 24-25 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 103 as unpatentable over WU (CN 111599826 A) in view of LEE (US 20060081850 A1).

Therefore, it would have been obvious to one skilled in the art at the effective filing date of the claimed invention to incorporate the teaching from LIN and DU to the display device Wu and LEE, which would provide electrostatic discharge protection of the display device.
Regarding claim 22, WU in view of LEE and further in view of LIN and DU discloses the display substrate of claim 20, Du (Figs. 3-6) discloses wherein each second electrostatic discharge unit comprises: a third transistor and a fourth transistor; a gate electrode of the third transistor and a first electrode of the third transistor are connected to the corresponding fourth conductive connection structure, and a second electrode of the third transistor is connected to the common voltage line; and a gate electrode of the fourth transistor and a second electrode of the fourth transistor are connected to the common voltage line, and a first electrode of the fourth transistor is connected to the corresponding fourth conductive connection structure; and wherein the plurality of test lines are in the same layer as the common voltage line; and the third conductive connection structure, the fourth conductive connection structure and the at least one dummy data line are arranged in a same layer (Fig. 3; second electrostatic discharge protection circuit 17 comprises a first transistor 171 and a second transistor 172, the electrical connection of the first transistor 171 and the second transistor 172 and connection to common voltage line 19 is same as the claimed features, test lines 14 are arranged in parallel in the same layer as the common voltage line 19, the third conductive connection line, the fourth conductive connection line and the data line are arranged are arranged in parallel in a same layer). Therefore, it would have been obvious to one skilled in the art at the effective filing date of the claimed invention to incorporate the teaching from LIN and DU to the display device Wu and LEE, which would provide electrostatic discharge protection of the display device.
