Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –
(a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
Claims 1, 10, 14 and 15 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by CN109787948A (Published 9/14/2018 – submitted with IDS 3/3/25).
The prior art ‘948A teaches Claim :
A sharing method for a content space, comprising:
in response to an opening operation for a target content space, displaying the target content space, wherein the target content space comprises at least one page with a belonging relationship (e.g., GUI displaying target content space during an upload operation to upload content in a shared space ¶ 0195-0198);
in response to changing a first sharing permission of the target content space to a first permission, adjusting a second sharing permission of the page to a second permission based on the belonging relationship and the first permission (e.g., changing user permission with adjusting the shared permission page via interface ¶ 0199-0203); and
in response to receiving an access request to the target content space with the first permission, providing the page with the second permission for accessing. (e.g., providing access to the shared content ¶ 0204-2013 )
Prior art XXX further teaches Claim:
10. The sharing method according to claim 1, further comprising: in response to a closing operation for the target content space; adjusting the first sharing permission to a third permission, and adjusting the second sharing permission of the page to a fourth permission based on the third permission and the belonging relationship (e.g., “closed link” and adjusting sharing permission ¶ 0206-0212).
Claims 14-15 are substantially similar to claim 1 above, and therefore the claim is likewise rejected.
Allowable Subject Matter
Claims 2-9, 11-12 and 16-21 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims.
Conclusion
The prior art made of record and not relied upon is considered pertinent to applicant's disclosure.
