Allowable Subject Matter Claims 2-5, 12-15 and 17-20 would be allowable if rewritten to overcome the rejection(s) under 35 U.S.C. 112(b) or 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), 2nd paragraph, set forth in this Office action and to include all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims. Response to Arguments Applicant's arguments filed April 13, 2026 have been fully considered but they are not persuasive. Applicant asserts in the last three paragraphs on page 2 the following: In the NFOA, it is asserted that BAO discloses all the features in claim 1 of the present application. Particularly, it is asserted that paragraph [0066] in BAO discloses the feature "determining a target interaction object corresponding to the interaction information when the interaction manager judges that the interaction information satisfies a current interaction scene" in claim 1. However, Applicant believes that paragraph [0066] in BAO only describes an interaction interface of a target game application displayed in a mobile terminal in a normal state. For example, a virtual joystick and virtual buttons are displayed on left and right sides of the interaction interface (see Fig. 8 in BAO). Paragraph [0066] and other paragraphs in BAO fail to explicitly disclose judging that interaction information input by a user satisfies a current interaction scene. Moreover, the above-mentioned features added to claim 1 further define how to judge that the interaction information input by the user satisfies the current interaction scene. As indicated in the NFOA, BAO fails to further disclose or teach these added features in claim 1. A virtual joystick and buttons, which BAO shows in the figures, is an interaction information input from the user, as required by the claimed invention. So it’s unclear how, as asserted by applicant, “BAO fail to explicitly disclose judging that interaction information input by a user satisfies a current interaction scene.” As a result, as mapped and stated supra and contrary to applicant’s assertion, the applied prior art anticipates the claimed invention. Conclusion THIS ACTION IS MADE FINAL. Applicant is reminded of the extension of time policy as set forth in 37 CFR 1.136(a). A shortened statutory period for reply to this final action is set to expire THREE MONTHS from the mailing date of this action. In the event a first reply is filed within TWO MONTHS of the mailing date of this final action and the advisory action is not mailed until after the end of the THREE-MONTH shortened statutory period, then the shortened statutory period will expire on the date the advisory action is mailed, and any nonprovisional extension fee (37 CFR 1.17(a)) pursuant to 37 CFR 1.136(a) will be calculated from the mailing date of the advisory action. In no event, however, will the statutory period for reply expire later than SIX MONTHS from the mailing date of this final action.
