Claims 1-6 are withdrawn from further consideration pursuant to 37 CFR 1.142(b) as being drawn to the nonelected Species 1-7 and Species 9-19, there being no allowable generic or linking claim. Since Claims 8-17 are objected to as indicated allowable subject matter in paragraph 3 below, and Claims 1-6 drawn to the non-elected Species 1-7 and Species 9-19. the first output circuit (400) is configured to provide a first scanning driving signal to a first driving signal output terminal (output end EOUT, see ¶71) under the control of a potential of a first node (N4) and a potential of a second node (N2);
the first input circuit (T7) is configured to input a signal (ESTV, ¶62) to a third node (N1) under the control of a clock signal (ECK);
the second input circuit (T8, T9) is configured to input a signal provided by a power line (VGL) to the second node (N2) under the control of a potential of the third node (N1);
the control circuit (200,300) is configured to control the potential of the third node (N1) and the potential of the first node (N2).
