DETAILED ACTION Response to Election Applicant’s election without traverse of claims 7-17 encompass Species 8 as illustrated in Figure 15 in the reply filed on 02/18/2026 is acknowledged. Claims 1-6 are withdrawn from further consideration pursuant to 37 CFR 1.142(b) as being drawn to the nonelected Species 1-7 and Species 9-19, there being no allowable generic or linking claim. Election was made without traverse in the reply filed on 02/18/2026. Since Claims 8-17 are objected to as indicated allowable subject matter in paragraph 3 below, and Claims 1-6 drawn to the non-elected Species 1-7 and Species 9-19. Therefore, claims 1-6 are required to cancel by the applicant. Failure to take action during the prosecution of this Office action will be treated as authorization to cancel by Examiner’s Amendment. Allowable Subject Matter Claims 8-17 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102 The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless – (a)(2) the claimed invention was described in a patent issued under section 151, or in an application for patent published or deemed published under section 122(b), in which the patent or application, as the case may be, names another inventor and was effectively filed before the effective filing date of the claimed invention. Claim 7 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(2) as being anticipated by Zhang (US 2022/0310184). Regarding claim 7, Zhang teaches a display substrate (a display substrate, See Abstract, ¶154, Figs 1-20), a shift register (¶62) arranged on a base substrate (¶21), the shift register includes a plurality of stages of driving circuits ( See ¶96-¶103); Figure 6 of the driving circuit (abstract, ¶66-¶72) includes a first input circuit (T7), a second input circuit (T8 and T9), a first output circuit (400) and a control circuit (200,300); PNG media_image1.png 614 746 media_image1.png Greyscale the first output circuit (400) is configured to provide a first scanning driving signal to a first driving signal output terminal (output end EOUT, see ¶71) under the control of a potential of a first node (N4) and a potential of a second node (N2); the first input circuit (T7) is configured to input a signal (ESTV, ¶62) to a third node (N1) under the control of a clock signal (ECK); the second input circuit (T8, T9) is configured to input a signal provided by a power line (VGL) to the second node (N2) under the control of a potential of the third node (N1); the control circuit (200,300) is configured to control the potential of the third node (N1) and the potential of the first node (N2).
