This is in response to the application filed on January 15, 2025 where Claims 1 – 20, of which Claims 1 and 16 are in independent form, are presented for examination.

The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA .
Priority
Receipt is acknowledged of certified copies of papers required by 37 CFR 1.55.
Double Patenting
Claims 1 and 11 – 20 are rejected on the ground of nonstatutory double patenting as being unpatentable over claims 1 – 11 of U.S. Patent No. 12,299,171. Although the claims at issue are not identical, they are not patentably distinct from each other because Claims 1 and 7 of the patent anticipates the limitations of Claims 1 and 16 of the current invention. The dependent claims are 11 – 15 and 17 – 20 are also anticipated by Claims 2 – 6 and 8 – 11 of the patent.
