Office Action

§102
Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA . Specification The disclosure is objected to because of the following informalities: The patent number for the parent application 18/717,965 should be added to the first paragraph of the specification. The lengthy specification has not been checked to the extent necessary to determine the presence of all possible minor errors. Applicant’s cooperation is requested in correcting any errors of which applicant may become aware in the specification. Appropriate correction is required. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102 The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless – (a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention. Claim(s) 1-3 and 14 is/are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Moon (KR 10-2022-0085420). Moon shows an in-vehicle service providing apparatus having a stretched part L1 that stretches into the cabin of a vehicle, a moving part 10 that moves along the stretched part, service part 20 that connects to the moving part 10 and a push button processor that controls the moving part to move to a desired service location. Re claim 2, shown in Figure 2 is a service module part 20 which provides different services and it is fixed to the moving part 10. Re claim 3, the service part 20 includes movable openings which serve as movable service devices. Re claim 14, the processor identifies where the service request has come from. Allowable Subject Matter Claims 4-13 and 15 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims. The prior art made of record and not relied upon is considered pertinent to applicant's disclosure.
