The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA .

Claims 7-8, 28 have been amended. Claims 20-27 have been cancelled. Thus, claims 1-19 and 28 are presented for examination.
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 112 – Second Paragraph
The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 112(b):
(B) CONCLUSION.—The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor regards as the invention.
The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph:
The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the applicant regards as his invention.
Claims 1-19 and 28 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112(b) or 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph, as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor, or for pre-AIA the applicant regards as the invention.
For claim 1:
At lines 4-5, it is unclear whether there is a duplication of limitations “a method for direct AI/ML…” with respect to lines 1-2.
At lines 8-9, it is unclear whether “UE location estimation” should refer to previous recitation at line 2.
At lines 10-11, it is unclear how two other methods are included in the main method.
At line 14, “the following” lacks of antecedent basis.
At line 16, it is unclear which “entity” it is referring to, as there are other entities previous recited.
At line 17, it is unclear whether “UE location estimation” should refer to previous recitation at line 2.
At line 18, it is unclear which “entity” it is referring to, as there are other entities previous recited.
At line 19, “the AI model” lacks of antecedent basis.
For claim 28:
This claim is rejected as applied to claim 1.
For claims 2-19:
These claims are also rejected as they depend upon a rejected claim.
