DETAILED ACTION
Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status
The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA .
Claim Objections
Claim 11 is objected to because of the following informalities: “the static lead-out terminals a limiting structure” should be changed to -- the static lead-out terminals; a limiting structure --. Appropriate correction is required.
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –
(a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
Claim 1-2 | 10 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by ZHONG et al. CN 111091987 A [ZHONG].
Regarding claim 1, ZHONG teaches A relay [Abstract], comprising: a contact container [housing is an inherent feature] having a contact chamber [between elements 1 and 71]; a pair of static lead-out terminals [1] fixedly disposed relative to the contact container [inherent feature]; a first magnetizer [4] disposed in the contact chamber [between elements 1 and 71] and fixed relative to the contact container [fig. 13, wherein the container is implicitly disclosed]; and a push rod assembly [see push rod 34, fig. 6] comprising a movable contact piece [2], a second magnetizer [see upper yoke 5], and a third magnetizer [see the lower armature 6] disposed in the contact chamber [between elements 1 and 71]; the movable contact piece [2] is configured to contact with or separate from the pair of static lead-out terminals [1]; the second magnetizer [5] and the third magnetizer [6] are both fixedly connected to the movable contact piece [2, fig. 6], and along the movement direction of the push rod assembly [34, fig. 6], the second magnetizer [5] and the third magnetizer [6] are disposed at two opposite sides of the movable contact piece [2, fig. 6]; the first magnetizer [4] and the second magnetizer [5] are located at a side of the movable contact piece [2] facing the static lead-out terminals [1, fig. 6], and the second magnetizer [5] is disposed between the first magnetizer [4] and the movable contact piece [2, fig. 6]; the second magnetizer [5] and the third magnetizer [6] are configured to form a first magnetic circuit [the yoke 5 and the lower armature follower 6 respectively along the width of the movable reed 2 distribution, and when the contact is closed, the lower two ends of the armature 6 are yoke 4, a follow-up on the fixed two ends of the upper yoke 5 near or in contact, fig. 6], and the first magnetizer and the third magnetizer are configured to form a second magnetic circuit [the yoke 5 and the lower armature follower 6 respectively along the width of the movable reed 2 distribution, and when the contact is closed, the lower two ends of the armature 6 are yoke 4, a follow-up on the fixed two ends of the upper yoke 5 near or in contact, fig. 6].
Regarding claim 2, ZHONG teaches The relay according to claim 1, wherein a thickness of the first magnetizer [4] is greater [fig. 3 shows that the thickness if 4 is greater than the thickness of 5] than or equal to a thickness of the second magnetizer [5].
Regarding claim 10, ZHONG teaches The relay according to claim 1, wherein the contact container comprises: a yoke plate [71] having a third through-hole [see the hole where element 34 inserted through, fig. 6], the push rod assembly [34] is movably inserted through the third through-hole [fig. 6]; and an insulating cover [inherent feature] connected to the yoke plate [71]; the relay further comprises a fixed frame [see U-shaped bracket 72] disposed in the contact chamber [fig. 6] and fixedly connected to the yoke plate [71, fig. 6], and the first magnetizer [4] is fixedly connected to the fixed frame [72, fig. 6].
Allowable Subject Matter
Claims 3-9 | 11-18 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims.
The following is a statement of reasons for the indication of allowable subject matter:
The prior arts of record when considered as a whole, alone or in combination neither anticipates nor renders obvious the combination of –
Claims 3-9 | 17: the contact container further has a pair of first through-holes and a second through-hole both communicating with the contact chamber; the pair of static lead-out terminals are inserted through the pair of first through-holes in one-to-one correspondence; the relay further comprises a connector inserted through the second through-hole, and comprising a first end and a second end, the first end is connected to the contact container, and the second end is connected to the first magnetizer.
Claims 11-16 | 18: a limiting structure disposed on the base and the movable member, for limiting a movement range of the movable member relative to the base; the limiting structure comprises a limiting hole and a limiting member that cooperate with each other, the limiting hole has a first hole wall and a second hole wall opposite to each other along the movement direction of the movable contact piece, and the limiting member is movably inserted between the first hole wall and the second hole wall of the limiting hole; wherein, when the movable contact piece is separated from the static lead-out terminals, the limiting member is located at the first hole wall of the limiting hole.
Conclusion
The prior art made of record and not relied upon is considered pertinent to applicant's disclosure. See (PTO-892).
