Claim(s) 1-3, 6, 10, 11, 13, 14 and 17 is/are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Mori US Patent Application Publication 2021/0104996. (of record)
Mori discloses a filter, comprising a common terminal 103 (i.e. a first port), a terminal 102a (i.e. a second port) , and at least one filtering unit; wherein each of the at least one filtering unit comprises a π-type LC network and a resonator P3, the π-type LC network comprises an inductor L5 (i.e. at least one first element ) and capacitors C1c C1d (i.e. at least two second elements) , the inductor is connected in series between the common terminal and the terminal, a first end of at least one of the capacitorC1c is connected between the common terminal and a first end of the inductor , a first end of at least one of the at capacitor C1d is connected between the terminal and a second end of the inductor , and second ends of the capacitors are connected to each other and then connected to the resonator. (per claims and 2)
With regards to claim 3, the filter further comprises two filtering units, wherein the at least two filtering units are connected in series between the common terminal and the terminal.
With the regards to claim 6, the circuit comprising at least one electromagnetic filtering network (capacitor C6 and inductor L17) , wherein the at least one electromagnetic filtering network is connected in series between the common terminal and the terminal.
With regards to claim 10, Mori discloses in figure 25, a multiplexer, comprising: a common terminal 103, at least two output terminals (102a 102b) , wherein each of the filters is configured to be connected in series between the common terminal and any one of the at least two output terminals wherein the filter comprises a first port 101a , a second port 102a, and at least one filtering unit; wherein each of the at least one filtering unit comprises a π-type LC network and a resonator P3, the π-type LC network comprises and inductor L5 (i.e. at least one first element) and capacitors C1c C1d (i.e. at least two second elements), the inductor is connected in series between the first port and the second port, a first end of capacitors are connected between the first port and a first end of the inductor , a first end of capacitors are connected between the second port and a second end of the inductor and second ends of the capacitors are connected to each other and then connected to the resonator. (per claims 10 and 13)
With regards to claim 11, the circuit comprising at least two filtering units, wherein the at least two filtering units are connected in series between the common terminal and the terminal.
With regards to claim 14, the filter comprising at least two filtering units, wherein the at least two filtering units are connected in series between the first port and the second port.
With the regards to claim 17, the circuit comprising at least one electromagnetic filtering network (capacitor C6 and inductor L17) , wherein the at least one electromagnetic filtering network is connected in series between the common terminal and the terminal .
