The information disclosure statements (IDS) submitted on 11/18/2025 and 4/12/2026 were filed. The submission is in compliance with the provisions of 37 CFR 1.97. Accordingly, the information disclosure statement is being considered by the examiner.
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –(a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
Claim(s) 1, 2, 16 and 22 is/are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102 (a)(1) as being anticipated by Wang WO 2024094671 A1.
Wang discloses a EMC filter , comprising: a core 400 with a through hole; a first and second busbars 200 and 202 extending along a first direction through the through hole, wherein each of the busbar comprises a first end and a second end; and a housing formed on the busbars and between the busbars and the core, wherein the housing is fills up gaps between the busbar and the through hole.
With regards to claim 2, a capacitor 114 is electrically connected to the end of the busbar.
With regards to claim 16, each of the two busbars comprise an input terminal and an output terminal exposed from the housing. Wang states that the first busbar unit (200), which has a first input portion at one end and a first output portion (206) at another end, a second busbar unit (202), which has a second input portion at one end and a second output portion (210) at another end. The input and output portions are displayed outside the housing.
With regards to claim 22, the housing fixed the two busbars and the core and electrically insulates the two busbars and the core.
Allowable Subject Matter
Claims 3-15, 17-21 and 23 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims.
