Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102 The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless – (a)(2) the claimed invention was described in a patent issued under section 151, or in an application for patent published or deemed published under section 122(b), in which the patent or application, as the case may be, names another inventor and was effectively filed before the effective filing date of the claimed invention. Claim(s) 1-6,9-18 is/are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(2) as being anticipated by Mystetskyi (USPGPUB 2026/0024037) Regarding Claim 1 Mystetskyi Paragraph 117 disclosed wherein the system identifies portions of displayed data marked by a user, queries the generative AI model to identify platform elements and determine actions to perform, and instructs the AI agent to notify the user of performable actions. Mystetskyi Paragraph 156 disclosed wherein generative AI model is periodically updated based on new user interactions and feedback to improve its recommendations and automated actions. Mystetskyi Figure 29f,Figure 29i, Paragraph 1865-1866 disclosed conversational AI suggestion popups with action injection functions. The figure demonstrates the structural layout of a chat interface incorporating AI-generated suggestion popups that surface outside of the main chat stream. These suggestions appear as contextual overlays, such as floating popups, pinned sidebars, or suggestion bubbles, activated by recent conversational activity or specific intents. The suggestions do not interrupt the message stream but appear adjacent to relevant content, allowing users to preview, modify, or directly inject proposed messages into the conversation while maintaining attribution at the user level. Mystetskyi Paragraph 1905 disclosed wherein the orchestration layer 2910 facilitates intelligent feature promotion by integrating AI agent instances with product changelog feeds to make them contextually aware of newly released features. AI agent instances subscribe to structured changelog feeds and match new features against live user behavior, thread topics, or recent activity to detect organic opportunities for feature introduction. Mystetskyi disclosed (re. Claim 1) a method for displaying command guide information for a chatbot by a user terminal, (Mystetskyi -Paragraph 1253, a chat-like interface where users can converse with the generative AI environment 1800 about the data, Paragraph 1350,AI agent utilized as a chatbot) comprising: acquiring an input for specifying a chatbot through a chat room, (Mystetskyi -Paragraph 96,a selection is made via a drop-down menu with user avatars and a generative AI agent is selected by choosing its avatar,Paragraph 1668, a user may simply request “prepare a supplier risk assessment,” and the AI agent instance optionally orchestrates the appropriate modules and datasets to generate the report ,Paragraph 1371, a messaging session with a generative AI agent is maintained, for instance by the generative AI environment 1800. This messaging session serves as an interface for user-AI interaction within the SaaS platform. ) the chatbot providing a chatbot response message corresponding to the command through the chat room; (Mystetskyi -Paragraph 1933,orchestration layer provides the received output in the first instance wherein the outputs are provided with graphical characteristics indicative of the one or more selected AI agent instances) displaying command guide information for the chatbot in the chat room; (Mystetskyi -Paragraph 1250, different mouse-click operations in the AI-supported state trigger different AI functionalities. For example, a left-click might initiate an AI query based on visual and contextual information from the marked area, while a right-click could generate automatic suggestions for the clicked portion of the display. The suggestions may be presented in a user interface popped out in proximity to the curser as shown in 1915 of FIG. 19B, Figure 29f,Figure 29i, Paragraph 1865-1866, Paragraph 1899,Paragraph 1906 disclosed conversational AI suggestion popups with action injection functions. The suggestions do not interrupt the message stream but appear adjacent to relevant content, allowing users to preview, modify, or directly inject proposed messages into the conversation while maintaining attribution at the user level, Paragraph 1531, AI agent instance may identify the dependency and prompt the user with, “Would you like me to link the budget forecast here to the hiring plan discussion?”) acquiring input information for a command based on the command guide information; (Mystetskyi - Figure 29f,Figure 29i, Paragraph 1865-1866, Paragraph 1899,Paragraph 1906 disclosed conversational AI suggestion popups with action injection functions. Since all views point to the same data source, any changes to the data are immediately visible, ensuring consistency and accuracy…where data is frequently updated, such as in financial systems, real-time analytics, and monitoring applications.) Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 103 The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 103 which forms the basis for all obviousness rejections set forth in this Office action: A patent for a claimed invention may not be obtained, notwithstanding that the claimed invention is not identically disclosed as set forth in section 102, if the differences between the claimed invention and the prior art are such that the claimed invention as a whole would have been obvious before the effective filing date of the claimed invention to a person having ordinary skill in the art to which the claimed invention pertains. Patentability shall not be negated by the manner in which the invention was made. Claim(s) 7-8 is/are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 103 as being unpatentable over Mystetskyi (USPGPUB 2026/0024037) further in view of what was well-known in the networking art. Regarding Claim 7 Mystetskyi disclosed (re. Claim 7) acquiring input information for a command through a typing interaction on a message input field of the chat room, (Mystetskyi -Paragraph 1668, a user may simply request “prepare a supplier risk assessment,” and the AI agent instance optionally orchestrates the appropriate modules and datasets to generate the report , While Mystetskyi substantially disclosed the claimed invention Mystetskyi does not disclose (re. Claim 7) wherein the acquiring of the input information for the command is performed instead of the acquiring of the input information based on the command guide information. The Examiner notes that before the time of the claimed invention it would have been well-known to eliminate unnecessary and wasteful procedural steps in order to conserve computer resources. In context of Mystetskyi , since the desired user input/command is already provided by the user it would have been obvious to skip/bypass acquiring of the input information based on the command guide information. Regarding Claim 8 While Mystetskyi substantially disclosed the claimed invention Mystetskyi does not disclose (re. Claim 8) stopping the displaying of the command guide information when input information for a command is acquired through a method other than using the command guide information, wherein the stopping of the displaying of the command is performed after the displaying of the command guide information is performed. The Examiner notes that before the time of the claimed invention it would have been well-known to eliminate unnecessary and wasteful procedural steps in order to conserve computer resources. In context of Mystetskyi , since the desired user input/command is already provided by the user it would have been obvious to skip/bypass/stop the displaying of the command guide information. Conclusion Examiner’s Note: In the case of amending the claimed invention, Applicant is respectfully requested to indicate the portion(s) of the specification which dictate(s) the structure relied on for proper interpretation and also to verify and ascertain the metes and bounds of the claimed invention.
