Office Action

§102
Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA . Applicant’s election without traverse of the packaging structure of claims 1-15 in the reply filed on August 5, 2026 is acknowledged. Claims 16-20 are presently withdrawn from consideration. The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless – (a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention. Claim 1 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by CN115043094. Disclosed is a packaging structure comprising two first support plates (11, 13) parallel to each other and arranged at intervals, where each of the two first support plates comprises a first external support plate (111 or 131) and a first internal support plate (152 or 172) fitting against each other, and two second support plates (12, 14) parallel to each other, arranged at intervals, and located between the two first support plates, wherein each of second support plates comprises a second external support plate (121 or 141) and a second internal support plate (162 or 182) fitting against each other, wherein the first external support plate and the second external support plate are perpendicular to each other, and two ends of the second external support plate (121 or 141) abut against plate surfaces of two first external support plates (111 and 131) respectively, and the first internal support plate (152 or 172) and the second internal support plate (162 or 182) are perpendicular to each other, and two ends of the second internal support plate (162 or 182) abut against plate surfaces of two first internal support plates (152 and 172) respectively. Claims 2 and 9 are each objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims. Dependent claims 3-8 and 10-15 would also then be allowable. Prior Art not relied upon: Please refer to the additional references listed on the attached PTO-892, which, while not relied upon for the claim rejection, these references are deemed relevant to the claimed invention as a whole.
