Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status
The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA .
Response to Arguments
Applicant's arguments filed 9/17/2026 have been fully considered but they are not persuasive. Applicant argued that the prior art JP3769718 has not been shown to disclose the newly amended recitation “and wherein the first output end of the each differential inverting amplifier and the first input end of the next adjacent differential inverting amplifier have opposite polarities, and the second output end of the each differential inverting amplifier and the second input end of the next adjacent differential inverting amplifier have opposite polarities” because ¶[0007] of JP3769718 states “The positive phase output of each stage is input to the next phase positive phase input, and the negative phase output of each stage is input to the next phase negative phase input”. This argument is partially correct due to the typographical error in that section of the paragraph [0007] because JP3769718 further discloses corrected description as shown in Figure 1 of JP3769718. The ¶[0007] of JP3769718 further states “The positive phase output of each stage is input to the negative phase input of the first stage differential amplifier 12a”. Figure 1 of JP3769718 shows a ring oscillator 12 and each stage is a differential amplifier having + input and - input and - output and + output (not shown but implied because of intrinsic property of differential amplifiers) as later corrected in the paragraph.
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
The text of those sections of Title 35, U.S. Code not included in this action can be found in a prior Office action.
Claim(s) 1-20 is/are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by JP3769718 (cited by the applicant, in IDS filed on 3/25/2026, Extended European Search Report) for reasons of record.
The newly amended recitation is also shown in Figure 1.
