Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
4. The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –
(a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
5. Claim 1 is rejected under pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 102(g) as being anticipated
by Child et al., US 2026,0045876.
Child discloses an intelligence collection systems, e.g. [0008, 0041], electronic signal sensors, e.g. [0041], search engine, e.g. 42, a database, e.g. 44, and correlation of electronic signals via electronic devices, e.g.26.
6. A further pertinent reference is noted on the attached PTO-892.
