DETAILED ACTION
This application is a reissue of D850,528 and a division of reissue application 29/856,963. A determination regarding whether this application complies with 35 U.S.C. 251 is not possible until the issue stated in the below rejection has been addressed.
Specification
The information in the “Cross reference to related applications statement” is incorrect. The information incorrectly states that this application is a reissue of D580,528. The correct patent number is D850,528.
Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 112
The claim is rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112, (a) and (b), as the claimed invention is not described in such full, clear, concise and exact terms as to enable any person skilled in the art to make and use the same, and fails to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which applicant regards as the invention.

The claim is indefinite and nonenabling because the drawing disclosure fails to convey the scope of the design in clear terms. The perimeter of the top surface is the only aspect of the design that is delineated by solid lines. The edges throughout the front, rear and side surface are all shown as broken lines. As a result, while the surface shading indicates that the front and rear surfaces are claimed, the broken line edges corresponding to these surfaces in the side views describe unclaimed matter. Similarly, which the surface shading indicates that the side surfaces are claimed, the broken line edges in the front and rear views describe the sides as unclaimed matter. Simply put, the extensive use of broken line edges creates an inconsistent and confusion description of the claimed design. Therefore, it is unclear what aspects of the design the applicant regards as the claimed design.
