Since this application is eligible for continued examination under 37 CFR 1.114, and the fee set forth in 37 CFR 1.17(e) has been timely paid, the finality of the previous Office action has been withdrawn pursuant to 37 CFR 1.114. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
Claim(s) 6-7 is/are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Tanji et al (US 2013/0172455).
Tanji teaches a method of incorporating 0.06-0.1 part by mass of a nucleating agent and 0.015-0.03 parts by mass of magnesium hydroxide into 100 parts by weight of a polypropylene resin which does not contain a nucleating agent [0012, 0037, table 1]. The nucleating agent can be

. Magnesium hydroxide reads on the claimed water in a hydroxide form. The composition is melt kneaded to give pellets.
