Since this application is eligible for continued examination under 37 CFR 1.114, and the fee set forth in 37 CFR 1.17(e) has been timely paid, the finality of the previous Office action has been withdrawn pursuant to 37 CFR 1.114. The nucleating agent can be PNG media_image1.png 366 548 media_image1.png Greyscale or PNG media_image2.png 356 404 media_image2.png Greyscale . Magnesium hydroxide reads on the claimed water in a hydroxide form. The composition is melt kneaded to give pellets.
