Priority
The instant application is a national stage entry of PCT/US2020/031029, filed 05/01/2020, which claims priority to U.S. Provisional applications 62/982,858 (filed 2/28/2020), 62/842,855 (filed 5/3/2019), 62/842,858 (filed 5/3/2019), and 62/842,861 (filed 5/3/2019).
The instant claims find support from U.S. provisional application 62/982,858, filed 2/28/2020. Therefore, the effective filing date is 2/28/2020.
Response to Arguments
Applicants’ claim amendments and Remarks of 1/27/2026 are acknowledged and have been considered.
In regard to 102 and 103 rejection, Applicants amended rejected claims 154 and 155 to not include the compound was CAS #1625258-48-1. These rejections are withdrawn.

The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –
(a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
Claims 154 and 155 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Chemical Abstracts (Chemical Abstracts STN REGISTRY Database, Record for 1343461-88-0, entered into STN November 9, 2011).
ACS anticipates the compound with a CAS# of 1343461-88-0,

Conclusion
Claims 154, and 155 are rejected. Claims 1, 9, and 15 are allowable. The disposition of these claims is dependent upon not finding other prior art rejections in future Markush Search Extensions.
