Claims 14-20 are withdrawn from further consideration pursuant to 37 CFR 1.142(b) as being drawn to a nonelected invention, there being no allowable generic or linking claim. Election was made without traverse in the reply filed on 6/30/2025. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102 The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless – (a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention. A method of manufacturing a display device, the method comprising: providing an ink (300, Fig. 9B) comprising light emitting elements (nLED, Fig. 9B) on a manufacturing substrate (200, Fig. 9B); and aligning the light emitting elements by using a mold (201 with 210 and 220, Fig. 9C) comprising a plurality of groove patterns (longitudinal space defined by 210 and 220; see Fig. 7; as per [0100], applying a DC or AC voltage to electrodes 210 and 220 the nLED devices are aligned). 5. The method of claim 1, wherein the aligning of the light emitting elements comprises allowing the plurality of groove patterns of the mold to contact the light emitting elements located on the manufacturing substrate. Compare Figs. 9B and Fig. 9C. 9. The method of claim 1, further comprising allowing a cleaner to clean a surface of the mold, after the aligning of the light emitting elements. See “cleaning process” in [0103]. 11. The method of claim 1, further comprising: providing an alignment electrode (210, 220) on the manufacturing substrate; and forming an electric field by using the alignment electrode, wherein the light emitting elements are aligned based on the electric field. See [0100]. 12. The method of claim 11, wherein the forming of the electric field and the aligning of the light emitting elements by using the mold are concurrently performed. Allowable Subject Matter Claims 2-4, 6-8, 10 and 13 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims.
