Office Action

§112
Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA . Attorney Docket Number: 23650US01 Filling Date: 11/06/23 Priority Date: 01/04/23 Inventor: Du et al Examiner: Bilkis Jahan DETAILED ACTION Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 112 The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 112(b): (b) CONCLUSION.—The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor regards as the invention. The following is a quotation of 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph: The specification shall conclude with one or more claims particularly pointing out and distinctly claiming the subject matter which the applicant regards as his invention. Claims 1-19 and 20 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112(b) or 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), second paragraph, as failing to set forth the subject matter which the inventor or a joint inventor, or for applications subject to pre-AIA 35 U.S.C. 112, the applicant regards as the invention. Claim 1, in line 16 recites “the first reset line, and control”. However, it is not understood from the claim language that the control means control connection or other control that is not defined by the claim. Claims 2-19 are depending from claim 1. Therefore, the claims 2-19 are also rejected under 112 2nd rejection. Claim 20, in line 15 recites “the first reset line, and control”. However, it is not understood from the claim language that the control means control connection or other control that is not defined by the claim. Remark Examiner needs to search again after 112 2nd rejection is overcome.
