Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA . Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102 The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless – (a)(2) the claimed invention was described in a patent issued under section 151, or in an application for patent published or deemed published under section 122(b), in which the patent or application, as the case may be, names another inventor and was effectively filed before the effective filing date of the claimed invention. Claim(s) 19 and 20 is/are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(2) as being anticipated by WO 2021/133577 (“Runmiao” or “R”). 19: R teaches a radiating element assembly (that of fig 8), comprising: a radiating element (that of 300) having a feed stalk (that connecting to 410 and 420) and a dipole radiator (that of 300) that is mounted adjacent a distal end of the feed stalk (as shown); a first feed board printed circuit board (PCB) (410) mounted on the feed stalk (as shown); and a second first feed board PCB (420) mounted on the feed stalk (as shown), the second feed board PCB spaced apart from the first feed board PCB (as shown). 20: R teaches that the feed stalk comprises a feed stalk PCB that includes a first extension that extends through an opening in the first feed board PCB and through an opening in the second feed board PCB (410 and 420 have complimentary engaging slots that enable cross-engagement, as described in 0094). Allowable Subject Matter Claims 1- 18 are allowed.
