Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102
The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action:
A person shall be entitled to a patent unless –
(a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention.
1. Claims 1-6 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Nishi et al. (US20170004985)
2. Regarding claims 1-6, Nishi teaches a battery electrode manufacturing device (The processing chamber 3 is provided with a printing processing apparatus 300 that forms an electrode [0082], see Figs. below) comprising: a chamber whose inside is decompressed below atmospheric pressure, wherein a base film is conveyed into the inside of the chamber via a load opening; and a clean room section that provides a space, wherein the clean room section is provided in the load opening side outside of the chamber, wherein the internal of the space is pressurized above atmospheric pressure, wherein the base film is conveyed toward the load opening in the space, and wherein the clean room section supplies clean pressurized air toward the load opening (see Figs. below).
3. Nishi teaches a clean room structure (see Figs. below) comprising: a clean room section that provides a space, wherein the clean room section is provided in a load opening side outside of a chamber whose inside is decompressed below atmospheric pressure, wherein a base film is conveyed to the inside of the chamber via the load opening, wherein the internal of the space is pressurized above atmospheric pressure, wherein the base film is conveyed toward the load opening in the space, and wherein the clean room section supplies clean pressurized air toward the load opening (see Figs. below).
