DETAILED ACTION
This Office Action is in response to an application that was filed on 05/03/2024. Claims 1-10 are presented for examination consideration.
Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status
The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA .
Drawings Objections
The drawings are objected to under 37 CFR 1.83(b) because they are incomplete:
“Item 22A” should be designated in Fig. 1B to emphasis “housing rooms 22A, 22B, 22C”, AS disclosed in ¶[0029] of the PgPub that indicates “item 22C” in Fig. 1C.
“Convex portion 24C” is NOT drawn to be a “convex portion” in Fig. 8, AS disclosed in ¶[0037] of the PgPub that indicates “item 24A” designating “convex portion” in Fig. 4.
No new matter should be entered.
Corrected drawing sheets in compliance with 37 CFR 1.121(d) are required in reply to the Office action to avoid abandonment of the application. Any amended replacement drawing sheet should include all of the figures appearing on the immediate prior version of the sheet, even if only one figure is being amended. The figure or figure number of an amended drawing should not be labeled as “amended.” If a drawing figure is to be canceled, the appropriate figure must be removed from the replacement sheet, and where necessary, the remaining figures must be renumbered and appropriate changes made to the brief description of the several views of the drawings for consistency. Additional replacement sheets may be necessary to show the renumbering of the remaining figures. Each drawing sheet submitted after the filing date of an application must be labeled in the top margin as either “Replacement Sheet” or “New Sheet” pursuant to 37 CFR 1.121(d). If the changes are not accepted by the examiner, the applicant will be notified and informed of any required corrective action in the next Office action. The objection to the drawings will not be held in abeyance.

Reproduced Drawing from Fig. 1 of Porter et al. (US20170363251A1)
Regarding claim 1, Porter discloses a wall-hanging housing for an electronic device (items 100, 130 of Fig. 1 and ¶[0002 & 0013] shows and indicates wall-hanging housing 100 {device configuration 100} for electronic device 130 {device 130}), comprising a front board and a back board that face each other (items “A”, “B” of Reproduced Drawing & items 110,120 of Fig. 1 and ¶[0013] shows comprising front board “A” {board housing device 130} and back board “B” {board comprised of wall mount plate 110 and mounting portion/plate 120} that face each other); a side of the back board facing the front board has a front surface and another side of the back board away from the front board has a back surface (items “A”, “B” of Reproduced Drawing & Fig. 1 and ¶[0013] shows the side of the back board facing front board “A” has front surface “C” and the other side of back board “B” away from front board “A” has back surface “D”); the back surface is dented in a direction of the front surface to format least one housing room (item “E” of Reproduced Drawing & Fig. 1 and ¶[0013] shows back surface “D” is dented in the direction of front surface “C” to format housing room “E”); a part of the front surface corresponding to the at least one housing room is connected to at least one convex portion (item “F” of Reproduced Drawing & Fig. 1 and ¶[0013] shows a part of front surface “C” corresponding to housing room “E” is connected to convex portion “F”); the at least one convex portion extends in a direction of the front board (Reproduced Drawing & Fig. 1 and ¶[0013] shows convex portion “F” extends in the direction of front board “A”).
Regarding claim 2, Porter discloses a wall-hanging housing, wherein an electrical component is installed in a box body formed by the front board and the back board; the at least one convex portion is adapted to be combined with the front board or the electrical component (item 130 of Fig. 1 & Reproduced Drawing and ¶[0002 & 0013] shows where electrical component 130 {device 130 may be a sensor housing} is installed in the box body formed by front board “A” and back board “B”; and where convex portion “F” is adapted to be combined with electrical component 130).
Regarding claim 6, Porter discloses a wall-hanging housing, wherein the at least one housing room has a peripheral wall; at least one side of the peripheral wall has a hanging opening (item “G”, “H” of Reproduced Drawing & Fig. 1 and ¶[0002 & 0013] shows where housing room “E” has peripheral wall “G”; and where the side of peripheral wall “G” has a hanging opening “H”).
Allowable Subject Matter
Claims 3-5 and 7-10 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims.
The following is a statement of reasons for the indication of allowable subject matter:
Regarding claim 3, the primary reason for allowance is due to a wall-hanging housing, wherein an electrical component is installed in a box body formed by the front board and the back board; the at least one convex portion comprises a rectangular tube body, wherein the rectangular tube body has an opening; an inner portion of the rectangular tube body communicates with the at least one housing room; a connecting port corresponding to the rectangular tube body is disposed on the electrical component; the opening of the rectangular tube body faces the connecting port.
Regarding claim 4, the primary reason for allowance is due to a wall-hanging housing, wherein the at least one convex portion comprises a circular tube body; the circular tube body has a tail end; a center of the tail end has a through hole; a screw penetrates through the through hole; a screw hole matching with the screw is disposed on the front board or on the electrical component; the screw is screwed with the screw hole of the front board or with the screw hole of the electrical component.
Regarding claim 5, the primary reason for allowance is due to a wall-hanging housing, wherein the at least one convex portion comprises a rod body; the rod body has a fixing buckle; a buckling hole matching with the fixing buckle is disposed on the front board or on the electrical component; the fixing buckle is buckled in the buckling hole of the front board or in the buckling hole of the electrical component.
Regarding claim 7, the primary reason for allowance is due to a wall-hanging housing, wherein a dent corresponding to the hanging opening of the at least one side of the peripheral wall is formed on a side of a peripheral edge of the at least one housing room; a part of the hanging opening, which is connected to the front surface, of the at least one side of the peripheral wall is connected to a blocking sheet, wherein the blocking sheet and the dent face each other.
Regarding claim 8, the primary reason for allowance is due to the dependency on claim 7.
Regarding claim 9, the primary reason for allowance is due to a wall-hanging housing, wherein the at least one housing room comprises a long trench extending in a straight-line direction and having an inner wall; a side of the inner wall has a hanging opening; a dent corresponding to the hanging opening is formed on a side of a back edge of the long trench; a part of the hanging opening connected to the front surface is connected to a blocking sheet, wherein the blocking sheet and the dent face each other.
Regarding claim 10, the primary reason for allowance is due to the dependency on claim 9.
