A method performed by a first network node for requesting a second network node to provide status information associated with a third network node in a wireless communications network, the method comprising: requesting the second network node to provide status information by transmitting a first request message to the second network node (Silva: fig. 7-8, [0090, 0136-0138] a first node (e.g., base station 100 a ) of a given technology may send a REQUEST_MESSAGE to a second node (e.g., base station 100 b ) of the same technology (e.g., LTE) about a third node (e.g., WLAN AP 111 b -1) or set of nodes (e.g., WLAN APs 111 b -1 to 111 b - y ) of a different technology (e.g., WiFi)) , wherein the first request message indicates one or more conditions whose fulfillment triggers the second network node to provide status information associated with the third network node (Silva: fig. 7-8, [0090, 0137-0138] [0137-0138] An IE/Group Name of the REQUEST_MESSAGE may be enhanced by including additional bits representing the request from the first node (e.g., base station 100 a ) to the second node (e.g., base station 100 b ) about the following information: [0138] of load measures of associated nodes of different technologies) ; and receiving a message from the second network node indicative of one of the following : an at least partially successful initialization of a conditional forwarding configuration procedure; status information associated with the third network node, based on fulfillment of at least one of the one or more conditions; or an unsuccessful or failed initialization of the conditional forwarding configuration procedure (Silva: fig. 7-8, [0138-0139, 0143] The second node may respond to the first node with a RESPONSE_MESSAGE which acknowledges the first node that the requested measurements indicated by the REQUEST_MESSAGE are successfully initiated) . Silva merely disclose the term “processor” Sun further teaches a processor (Sun: [0091-0092] processor(s)) . Thus, it would have been obvious to one skill in the art before the effective filing date of the claim invention to include the above recited limitation into Silva’s invention in order to receives RESOURCE STATUS RESPONSE from the target base station, as taught by Sun. 66 . The method of claim 65, wherein the one or more conditions include at least one filtering condition that indicates status information not to be transmitted to the first network node (Sun: fig. 6, unit 104 [0113, 127-0128] e.g., stops original load query of cell3) . 67 . The method of claim 65, wherein each of the one or more conditions is based one or more measurements or predictions of one or more of the following : capacity or load information associated with the third network node and/or the second network node, coverage information associated with the third network node and/or the second network node, and traffic type or traffic load information associated with the third network node and/or the second network node (Silva: fig. 7-8, [0090, 0137-0138] An IE/Group Name of the REQUEST_MESSAGE may be enhanced by including additional bits representing the request from the first node (e.g., base station 100 a ) to the second node (e.g., base station 100 b ) about the following information: [0138] of load measures of associated nodes of different technologies) . 68 . The method of claim 65, wherein the first request message also includes or indicates one or more of the following : an identifier of the third network node; an identifier of at least one radio cell associated with the third network node and to which at least one of the conditions applies; a coverage area of at least one Synchronization Signal Block (SSB) beam associated with the third network node and to which at least one of the conditions applies, an identifier of one or more network slices associated with the third network node and to which at least one of the conditions applies (Silva: [0150, 0168,] WLAN Cells IE (Information Element) can be added to the X2 SETUP REQUEST/RESPONSE messages) . 69 . The method of claim 65, wherein: the one or more conditions are based on one or more measurements or predictions of at least one of the following capacity metrics associated with the third network node: available capacity, Composite Available Capacity (CAC), and transport network capacity; and each of the one or more conditions relates to a capacity metric for one of the following associated with the third network node: a cell, a Synchronization Signal Block (SSB) beam, a group of SSB beams, a network slice, or a group of network slices (Silva: fig. 11-12 [0090, 0145, 0169] Composite Available Capacity IE) . 70 . The method of claim 65, wherein the one or more conditions are based on one or more measurements or predictions of resource utilization or resource availability at the third network node; and each of the one or more conditions relates to resource utilization or resource availability for one of the following associated with the third network node: a cell, a Synchronization Signal Block (SSB) beam, a group of SSB beams, a network slice, or a group of network slices (Silva:[0145, 0169] Cell Load IE - indicates the maximum capacity of the cell and the other indicating how much of such capacity is used) . 71 . The method of claim 65, wherein the one or more conditions are based on one or more measurements or predictions of numbers or types of user devices served by the third network node; and each of the one or more conditions relates to numbers or types of user devices present in one of the following associated with the third network node: a cell, a Synchronization Signal Block (SSB) beam, a group of SSB beams, a network slice, or a group of network slices (Silva: fig. 8-10 [0013, 0090, 0104, 0146-0148] find (identify) a cell/UE candidate(s) for load balancing) . 72 . The method of claim 65, wherein the one or more conditions include at least one condition relating to metrics for at least two of the following associated with the third network node: capacity, resource utilization, resource availability, types of user devices, numbers of user devices, hardware utilization, and hardware capacity (Silva: fig. 17 [0169] Cell Load IE may be formed by two IEs, one of which indicates the maximum capacity of the cell and the other indicating how much of such capacity is used at/or before the time the report is generated) . 73 . The method of claim 65, wherein the status information associated with the third network node comprises one or more of the following : capacity status, load status, resource utilization status, and hardware utilization status (Silva: fig. 17 [0169] Cell Load IE may be formed by two IEs, one of which indicates the maximum capacity of the cell and the other indicating how much of such capacity is used at/or before the time the report is generated) . Regarding claims 74-84, the independent claim and each dependent claim are related to the same limitation set for hereinabove in claims 65-73, where the difference used is a “apparatus” with a processor and a memory (Sun: FIG. 1, includes a processor 102, a memory 104) and the wordings of the claims were interchanged within the claim itself or some of the claims were presented as a combination of two or more previously presented limitations. This change does not affect the limitation of the above treated claims. Adding these phrases to the claims arid interchanging the wording did not introduce new limitations to these claims. Therefore, these claims were rejected for similar reasons as stated above. Remark(s) Applicant's remark(s) filed on 5/1/26 have been fully considered.
