Claim 21 recites the limitation "the disparities" on line 7. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim. Claim 22-27 are rejected under 112(b) as well as being depended on based rejected claim 21. Claim 28 recites the limitation "the disparities" on line 11. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim. Claim 29-34 are rejected under 112(b) as well as being depended on based rejected claim 28. Claim 35 recites the limitation "the disparities" on line 14. There is insufficient antecedent basis for this limitation in the claim. Claim 36-40 are rejected under 112(b) as well as being depended on based rejected claim 35. Allowable Subject Matter Claims 21-40 would be allowable if rewritten or amended to overcome the rejection(s) under 35 U.S.C. 112(b) or 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA ), 2nd paragraph, set forth in this Office action.
