Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA . Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102 The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless – (a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention. Claim(s) 1,2,4,6,7,12,17 ,20-30,32-33 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by WO2021/046149 cited by Applicant . WO 2021/046149 discloses method of calibrating a multi RET actuator system, the multi RET actuator system comprising plurality of rotatable drive assemblies (306a-306d) , each drive assembly operatively connected to a phase shifter assembly (paragraph 60) such that movement of drive assembly adjusts the respective phase shifter assembly, a respective first connector ( paragraph 11,61) coupled to each drive assembly, a drive system comprising a rotatable drive shaft , the drive shaft supporting a second connector the drive system (401) configured to transversely move along a drive screw (31) relative to drive assemblies, the second connector (314) being releasably engageable with each respective first connector such that actuation of drive system moves a selected drive assembly and a movable sled (502) operatively connected to drive system such that movement of sled assembly engages or disengages the second connector with fist connector of target drive assembly , method comprising retracing sled assembly to partially disengage the second connector form firs connector of selected rive assembly to determine a fist know position of second connector relative to fist connector of select drive assembly , paragraphs 6,9,74,75, retracing sled assembly to completely disengage second connector form first connector of selected drive assembly paragraphs 74,74 , actuating drives system to rotate drive screw such that drive system transversely moves a number of rotations unit drive system contact a stationary stop such that second connector is in the second known position , paragraph 78, and using number of rotations of drive screw to move drive stem form fist known position to second known position as a stored position for respective drive assembly, paragraphs 9,79. Dependent claims 2 spring is 328, claim 4 #250 is memory of base station control system , paragraphs 9,79. Rest of claims 6, ,7,12,17,dislcsoe similar items as above claims . Claims 20-30,32-33 disclose similarly as above and first motor (416 ) and mode selection system (500) and second motor (520). Conclusion The prior art made of record and not relied upon is considered pertinent to applicant's disclosure. WO2024050198 discloses RET actuator .
