Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA . DETAILED ACTION Claims 41-63 are currently pending in the instant application. Applicants have canceled claims 1-40 and added new claims 41-63 in an amendment filed on September 23, 2025. Claims 41-46, 58-61 and 63 are rejected and claims 47-57 and 62 are considered allowable in this Office Action. I. Priority The instant application is a 371 of PCT/US2023/021583, filed on May 9, 2023 which claims benefit of US Provisional Application 63/339,686, filed on May 9, 2022. II. Information Disclosure Statement The information disclosure statements (IDS) submitted on November 21, 2025 and June 30, 2026 are in compliance with the provisions of 37 CFR 1.97. Accordingly, the information disclosure statements have been considered by the examiner. III. Rejections Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102 The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless - (a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention. Claims 41-46, 58-61 and 63 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Reddy, et al. (US 2022/0017465 (A1)). The instant invention claims PNG media_image1.png 608 786 media_image1.png Greyscale The Reddy, et al. reference teaches the use of PNG media_image2.png 148 405 media_image2.png Greyscale (paragraph 0059) or PNG media_image3.png 157 402 media_image3.png Greyscale (paragraph 0061) for treating an essential tremor where the reduction of the essential tremor is assessed by TETRAS score and or TETRAS-ADL (See page 3, paragraph 0030 or page 16 paragraphs 0185-0186). The prior art teaches a formulation comprising 20 mg of PNG media_image3.png 157 402 media_image3.png Greyscale (see table 6, page 20). The prior art also teaches that the “treatment period for a formulation in example 10 is that the patient received 20 mg of the compound PNG media_image2.png 148 405 media_image2.png Greyscale once a day for 7 days and 40 mg of the compound was given for 7 days (total of 14 days consecutively (see page 27, paragraph 0282)). This method anticipates the method of claims 41 and 58 as stated above. IV.
