DETAILED ACTION Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA . This Office Action is responsive to the Preliminary Amendment filed on 11/22/24. Accordingly, claims 1-13, 25-27 and 31 are currently pending; and claims 14-24, 28-30 and 32 are canceled. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 101 35 U.S.C. 101 reads as follows: Whoever invents or discovers any new and useful process, machine, manufacture, or composition of matter, or any new and useful improvement thereof, may obtain a patent therefor, subject to the conditions and requirements of this title. Claim 31 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. 101 because the claim is direct to a computer program “computer program”, being non-statutory. Allowable Subject Matter Claims 1-13 and 25-27 are allowed. Conclusion References 20160268696, 2020041198, 20180351264, 20260013006, 6437737, 20090207092 and 2018017551 are cited because they are pertinent to the claimed method and associated system.
