§102
DETAILED ACTION Notice of Pre-AIA or AIA Status The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA . This Office Action is in response to the Applicant’s communication filed on April 06, 2025. In virtue of this communication, claims 1-10 are currently presented in the instant application. Priority Receipt is acknowledged of certified copies of papers required by 37 CFR 1.55. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102 The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless – (a)(1) the claimed invention was patented, described in a printed publication, or in public use, on sale, or otherwise available to the public before the effective filing date of the claimed invention. Claims 1, 5 and 8 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(a)(1) as being anticipated by Hardacker et al. (US 2007/0270017). With respect to claims 1 and 8, Hardacker discloses in figures 1A-1B a quick-detachable antenna signal transmission module (figure 1B and paragraph 0031, e.g., “the plurality of semiconductor devices 115 includes a plurality of antennas”) and a method thereof, comprising: a first antenna signal transmission structure (125, 127, e.g., formed as a first antenna transmission structure) including a first quick-release structure matching casing (125, e.g., a first quick-release matching casing) and a first quick-release signal transmission assembly (127, e.g., a first quick-release transmission assembly) partially enclosed by the first quick-release structure matching casing (see figure 1A); and a second antenna signal transmission structure (123, 129, e.g., formed as a second antenna transmission structure) including a second quick-release structure matching casing (123, e.g., a second quick-release matching casing) and a second quick-release signal transmission assembly (129, e.g., a second quick-release transmission assembly) partially enclosed by the second quick-release structure matching casing (see figure 1A); wherein, when the first quick-release structure matching casing of the first antenna signal transmission structure is configured to be fixed on an electronic product housing (103-105, e.g., housing), the second quick-release structure matching casing of the second antenna signal transmission structure is configured to be detachably connected to the first quick-release structure matching casing of the first antenna signal transmission structure (figure 1B shows a detaching structure between thereof), and the second quick- release signal transmission assembly of the second antenna signal transmission structure is configured to be detachably connected to the first quick-release signal transmission assembly of the first antenna signal transmission structure (figure 1B also shows a detaching feature between the two transmission assemblies 127 and 129 thereof). With respect to claim 5, Hardacker discloses in figures 1A-1B a quick-detachable antenna signal transmission module (figure 1B and paragraph 0031, e.g., “the plurality of semiconductor devices 115 includes a plurality of antennas”), comprising: a first antenna signal transmission structure (125, 127, e.g., formed as a first antenna transmission structure) including a first quick-release structure matching casing (125, e.g., a first quick-release matching casing) and a first quick-release signal transmission assembly (127, e.g., a first quick-release transmission assembly) partially enclosed by the first quick-release structure matching casing (see figure 1A); and a second antenna signal transmission structure (123, 129, e.g., formed as a second antenna transmission structure) including a second quick-release structure matching casing (123, e.g., a second quick-release matching casing) and a second quick-release signal transmission assembly (129, e.g., a second quick-release transmission assembly) partially enclosed by the second quick-release structure matching casing (see figure 1A); wherein the second quick-release structure matching casing of the second antenna signal transmission structure is configured to be detachably connected to the first quick-release structure matching casing of the first antenna signal transmission structure (figure 1B shows a detaching structure between thereof); and wherein the second quick-release signal transmission assembly of the second antenna signal transmission structure is configured to be detachably connected to the first quick-release signal transmission assembly of the first antenna signal transmission structure (figure 1B also shows a detaching feature between the two transmission assemblies 127 and 129 thereof). PNG media_image1.png 713 1027 media_image1.png Greyscale Allowable Subject Matter Claims 2-3, 6-7 and 9-10 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim, but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form including all of the limitations of the base claim and any intervening claims (claim 3 is also objected as being dependent on upon objected claim 3). Conclusion The prior art made of record and not relied upon is considered pertinent to applicant's disclosure.
