DETAILED ACTION Notice of AIA Status The present application, filed on or after March 16, 2013, is being examined under the first inventor to file provisions of the AIA . Status of the Claims Instant application is FOR of EP 24181401.1 (Filing Date 2024-06-11). Claims 1-17 are presented for examination. Examiner has established objections for claims 1, 3, 5-10, and 12-17; and § 101 and § 102 rejections for claims 1-17 in the instant Office action. Foreign Priority Acknowledgment is made of applicant's claim for priority under 35 U.S.C. § 119(a)-(d) or (f), 365(a) or (b), or 386(a) based upon Application No. 24181401.1 filed in EP on June 6, 2024. The receipt of the certified copy of this foreign application on July 7, 2025, is acknowledged. The priority claim to the foreign priority document in question was timely made in the application data sheet filed June 9, 2025. Claim Objections Claims 1-3, 5-10, and 12-17, are objected to because of multiple informalities in recitations. Examiner has marked the suggested amendments with bolded standard amendment-markings. Examiner will consider the claims reciting the instant suggestions for the purpose of further examination of instant application. Claim 1: A secure payment transaction device of a monetary value token system, comprising: one or more monetary value tokens of the monetary value token system; a monetary value token management unit configured to directly exchange monetary value tokens in transactions of the monetary value token system; and an updating unit configured to update data of the secure payment transaction device,[[;]] wherein an online authentication information of an online digital money system can be added to the secure payment transaction device via the updating unit thereby enabling use of the secure payment transaction device in the online digital money system. Claim 2: The secure payment transaction device of claim 1, wherein two or more online authentication information of respective two or more centrally managed digital money stores can be added to the secure payment transaction device via the updating unit, and wherein the two or more centrally managed digital money stores comprise digital money stores of the online digital money system and/or digital money stores of different online digital money systems. Claim 3: The secure payment transaction device of claim 1, wherein the online authentication information comprises at least one of: an online authentication certificate[[,]] preferably for an authentication key, and/or authentication identifier of the secure payment transaction device in the monetary value token system. Claim 5: The secure payment transaction device of claim 1, wherein the online authentication information comprises an online authentication identifier and/or an online authentication credential, and preferably comprises at least one of: an authentication certificate, an authentication key, and/or one or more single-use online transaction authentication values. Claim 6: The secure payment transaction device of claim 1, wherein the secure payment transaction device and/or the online authentication information is registered in the online digital money system, and is preferably registered as a secondary online authentication means in addition to a primary online authentication means. Claim 7: The secure payment transaction device of claim 1, wherein: the online authentication information [[it is]] added to the secure payment transaction device via the updating unit further comprises a system identifier[[,]] identifying the online digital money system,[[;]] and/or wherein an online identifier[[,]] identifying a centrally managed digital money store of the online digital money systemcomprises at least one of: an account, [[or]] a wallet, and/or an authentication public key . Claim 8: The secure payment transaction device of claim 1, wherein the updating unit is a remote updating unit and/or a post-issuance updating unit,[[;]] and/or wherein the secure payment transaction device comprises at least one of: a dedicated data storage area[[,]] preferably within the monetary value token unit or a dedicated online authentication information area[[,]] for adding the online authentication information. Claim 9: The secure payment transaction device of claim 1, wherein the secure payment transaction device comprises one or more of: a secure processing unit, a local interface unit, and/or a data storage unit,[[;]] and/or the monetary value token system is an offline system. Claim 10: The secure payment transaction device of claim 1, wherein: the secure payment transaction device is added to the online digital money system and preferably can be used in the online digital money system only after addition of the online authentication information; an added online authentication information in the secure payment transaction device for a local terminal forms an indicator that the secure payment transaction device of the monetary value token system is a part of the online digital money system; and/or the secure payment transaction device is used for authentication in the online digital money system, particularly for authentication towards an online digital money system server, for authentication towards a transaction partner of a transaction in the online digital money system and/or for authentication of a transaction in the online digital money system. Claim 12: The secure payment transaction device of claim 1, wherein the secure payment transaction device of the monetary value token system is added to the online digital money system by [[the]] data-only update of the online authentication information, and/or without adding an online digital money software and/or an online digital money application to the secure payment transaction device. Claim 13: An online digital money system server comprising: multiple digital money stores managed on the online digital money system server for different users comprising at least one of: an account and/or a wallet; [[for]] a digital money store configured to register a primary authentication means associated with the digital money store; and a secure payment transaction device of a monetary value token system configured to store monetary value tokens, wherein the secure payment transaction device may be registered as an alternative[[,]] secondary authentication means associated with the digital money store. Claim 14: The online digital money system server of claim 13, wherein the secure payment transaction device further comprises: one or more monetary value tokens of the monetary value token system; a monetary value token management unit configured to directly exchange monetary value tokens in transactions of the monetary value token system; an updating unit configured to update data of the secure payment transaction device,[[;]] wherein an online authentication information of an online digital money system can be added to the secure payment transaction device via the updating unit thereby enabling use of the secure payment transaction device in the online digital money system; and/or the registration of the secure payment transaction device further comprises one or more of: a device identifier of the secure payment transaction device, an authentication public key of the secure payment transaction device, a system identifier of the monetary value token system and/or an online certificate for the secure payment transaction device. Claim 15: The online digital money system server of claim 13, wherein the online digital money system or the monetary value token system further comprises: a remote update control server configured to add the registration of the secure payment transaction device and optionally add online authentication information of the online digital money system to the secure payment transaction device. Claim 16: A system comprising: at least one secure payment transaction device comprising: one or more monetary value tokens of [[the]] a monetary value token system; a monetary value token management unit configured to directly exchange monetary value tokens in transactions of the monetary value token system; an updating unit configured to update data of the secure payment transaction device,[[;]] wherein an online authentication information of an online digital money system can be added to the secure payment transaction device via the updating unit thereby enabling use of the secure payment transaction device in the online digital money system; at least one online digital money system server comprising: multiple digital money stores managed on the online digital money system server for different users comprising at least one of: an account and/or a wallet; a digital money store configured to register a primary authentication means associated with the digital money store; and a secure payment transaction device of a monetary value token system configured to store monetary value tokens, wherein the secure payment transaction device may be registered as an alternative secondary authentication means associated with the digital money store; a monetary value token register of the monetary value token system[[,]]; and optionally further comprising: a remote update control server, primary authentication means, and/or terminal devices. Claim 17: The system of claim 16, wherein: two or more online authentication information of respective two or more online digital money stores of optionally different digital money systems can be added to the secure payment transaction device; and/or two or more secure payment transaction devices can be added as secondary online authentication means in addition to a primary online authentication means in the online digital money system. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 101 35 U.S.C. § 101 reads as follows: Whoever invents or discovers any new and useful process, machine, manufacture, or composition of matter, or any new and useful improvement thereof, may obtain a patent therefor, subject to the conditions and requirements of this title. Claims 1-17 are rejected under 35 USC § 101 because they are directed to non-statutory subject matter. The rationale for this finding is explained below. The Supreme Court in Mayo laid out a framework for determining whether an applicant is seeking to patent a judicial exception itself or a patent-eligible application of the judicial exception. See Alice Corp., 134 S. Ct. at 2355,110 USPQ2d at 1981 (citing Mayo, 566 U.S. 66, 101 USPQ2d 1961). This framework, which is referred to as the Mayo test or the Alice/Mayo test (“the test”), is described in detail in Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (”MPEP”) (see MPEP § 2106(III) for further guidance). The step 1 of the test: It need to be determined whether the claims are directed to a patent eligible (i.e., statutory) subject matter under 35 USC § 101. Step 2A of the test: If the claims are found to be directed to a statutory subject matter, the next step is to determine whether the claims are directed to a judicial exception i.e., law of nature, natural phenomenon, and abstract idea (Prong 1). If the claims are found to be directed to an abstract idea, it needs to be determined whether the claims recite additional elements that integrate the judicial exception into a practical application (Prong 2). Step 2B of the test: If the claims are directed to a judicial exception, the next and final step is to determine whether the claims recite additional elements that amount to significantly more than the judicial exception. Step 1 of the Test: When considering subject matter eligibility under 35 USC § 101, it must be determined whether the claim is directed to one of the four statutory categories of invention, i.e., process, machine, manufacture, or composition of matter. Here, the claimed invention of claims 1-17 is a system, which is one of the statutory categories of invention. Claims 1-17, however, are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 101 because the claimed invention is directed to non-statutory subject matter because while the claims are directed to a system – they nevertheless lack hardware components. Claims directed to an system/apparatus/device must be distinguished from the prior art in terms of structure rather than function. See, e.g., In re Danly 263 F.2d 844, 847, 120 USPQ 582, 531 (CCPA 1959). The structural limitations of instant claims 1-17 are interpreted as computer code per-se and are therefore not statutory subject matter under 35 USC § 101. Conclusion of Step 1 Analysis: Therefore, claims 1-17 are not statutory under 35 USC § 101 in view of step 1 of the test. To overcome this rejection, Applicant could amend the body of the claim language of the independent system claims 1, 13, and 16, with system hardware elements. Note: Examiner will consider independent claims 1, 13, and 16, to contain hardware components for the purpose of further examination of the application under § 101 in view of the Test. Step 2A of the Test: Prong 1: Claims 1-17, however, recite an abstract idea of enabling use of the secure payment transaction device in the online digital money system. The creation of enabling use of the secure payment transaction device in the online digital money system, as recited in the independent claims 1, 13, and 16, belongs to certain methods of organizing human activity (i.e., commercial transactions) that are found by the courts to be abstract ideas. The limitations in independent claims 1, 13, and 16, which set forth or describe the recited abstract idea, are found in the following steps: “directly exchange monetary value tokens in transactions” (claims 1 and 16); “update data, wherein an online authentication information can be added to the secure payment transaction device via the updating unit thereby enabling use of the secure payment transaction device” (claims 1 and 16); “register a primary authentication means associated with the digital money store” (claims 13 and 16); and “add on online authentication information of an online digital money system to the secure payment transaction device thereby enabling use of the secure payment transaction device in the online digital money system” (claim 16). Prong 2: In addition to abstract steps recited above in Prong 1, independent claims 1, 13, and 16, recite additional elements: “a monetary value token system” (claims 1 and 16); “a monetary value token management unit” (claims 1 and 16); “an updating unit” (claims 1 and 16); “a secure payment transaction device” (claims 1 and 16); “an online digital money system” (claims 1 and 16); “multiple digital money stores managed on the online digital money system server for different users comprising at least one of: an account and/or a wallet” (claim 13); “a secure payment transaction device of a monetary value token system, wherein the secure payment transaction device may be registered as an alternative secondary authentication means associated with the digital money store” (claim 13); “at least one online digital money system server comprising: multiple digital money stores managed on the online digital money system server for different users comprising at least one of: an account and/or a wallet; a digital money store; and a secure payment transaction device of a monetary value token system, wherein the secure payment transaction device may be registered as an alternative secondary authentication means associated with the digital money store” (claim 16); “a monetary value token register of the monetary value token system” (claim 16); and “a remote update control server, primary authentication means, and/or terminal devices” (claim 16). These additional elements are recited at a high level of generality (e.g., as a generic processor performing a generic computer functions) such that they amount to no more than mere instructions to apply the exception using a generic computer components. Further, the following limitation recites insignificant extra solution activity (for example, data storage): “store monetary value tokens” (claims 13 and 16). This additional limitation does not integrate the abstract idea into a practical application because it does not impose a meaningful limit on the judicial exception. The additional elements/limitation of independent claims 1, 13, and 16, here do not render improvements to the functioning of a computer or to any other technology or technical field (see MPEP § 2106.05(a)), nor do they integrate the abstract idea into a practical application under MPEP § 2106.05(b) (particular machine); MPEP § 2106.05(c) (particular transformations); or MPEP § 2106.05(e) (other meaningful limitations). Conclusion of Step 2A Analysis: The limitations in independent claims 1, 13, and 16, which set forth or describe the recited abstract idea are not patent eligible either alone or in combination. The additional elements/limitation in independent claims 1, 13, and 16, are not patent eligible either alone or in combination. Further, the combination of these additional elements/limitation and the limitations which set forth or describe the recited abstract idea is no more than mere instructions to apply the exception using a generic device. Accordingly, even in combination, these additional elements/limitation and the limitations which set forth or describe the recited abstract idea do not integrate the abstract idea into a practical application because they do not impose any meaningful limits on practicing the abstract idea. Therefore, independent claims 1, 13, and 16, are non-statutory under 35 USC § 101 in view of step 2A of the test. Step 2B of the Test: The additional elements of independent claims 1, 13, and 16, (see above under Step 2A – Prong 2) are described by Applicant’s Specification in following terms: [0045] Fig. 1 illustrates two different payment transaction systems: a monetary value token system 70 and an online digital money system 80. [0046] The monetary value token system 70 comprises multiple secure transaction devices 1, token transaction terminals 3 and a token register 7. The secure transaction devices 1 store monetary value tokens 21 and exchange monetary value tokens 21 in monetary value token transactions 107. A token management unit 11 of the secure transaction device 1 includes the monetary value tokens 21 and a public authentication key 22 of the secure transaction device in the monetary value token system 70. The secure transaction devices 1 is temporarily connectable to the token transaction terminal 3, via a local interface of the secure transaction device 1. The secure transaction devices 1 do not include a remote interface for the network 6, which may be the internet or a mobile communication network, such as 4G, 5G or similar. [0047] The online digital money system 80 comprises multiple online transaction units 2 adapted to perform online digital money transactions 108 and at least one online digital money server 8. Centrally managed digital money stores 18 will be centrally managed on the online digital money server 8. Typically, the online transaction units 2 comprise an online authentication key. For a centrally managed digital money store 18 an authentication means, in Fig. 1 the online transaction unit 2, will be registered. This is a description of general-purpose computing system. Thus, individually, the additional elements of independent claims 1, 13, and 16, are well-understood, routine, and conventional elements that amount to no more than implementing the abstract idea with a computerized system. Further, the additional limitation of “storing” information amounts to no more than mere instructions to apply the exception using generic computing system. For the same reason this additional limitation is not sufficient to provide an inventive concept. The additional limitation of “storing” information was considered as insignificant extra-solution activity in Step 2A – Prong 2. Re-evaluating here in Step 2B, it is also determined to be well-understood, routine, and conventional activity in the field. Similarly to Versata Dev. Group, Inc. v. SAP Am., Inc., 793 F.3d 1306, 1334, 115 USPQ2d 1681, 1701 (Fed. Cir. 2015) and OIP Techs., 788 F.3d at 1363, 115 USPQ2d at 1092-93, the additional limitation of independent claims 13 and 16 store information in memory. The courts have recognized “storing” information function as well-understood, routine and conventional when claimed in a merely generic manner. Therefore, the additional limitation of independent claims 13 and 16 is well-understood, routine, and conventional. Further, taken as combination, the additional elements/limitation add nothing more than what is present when the additional elements/limitation are considered individually. There is no indication that the combination provides any effect regarding the functioning of the computer or any improvement to another technology. Conclusion of Step 2B Analysis: Therefore, independent claims 1, 13, and 16, are non-statutory under 35 USC § 101 in view of step 2B of the test. Dependent Claims: Dependent claims 2-12 depend on independent claim 1; dependent claims 14-15 depend on independent claim 13; and dependent claim 17 depends on independent claim 16. The elements in dependent claims 2-12, 14-15, and 17, which set forth or describe the abstract idea, are: “two or more online authentication information of respective two or more centrally managed digital money stores can be added to the secure payment transaction device via the updating unit, and the two or more centrally managed digital money stores comprise digital money stores of the online digital money system and/or digital money stores of different online digital money systems” (claim 2: further narrowing the recited abstract idea); “the online authentication information comprises at least one of: an online authentication certificate preferably for an authentication key, and/or authentication identifier of the secure payment transaction device in the monetary value token system” (claim3: further narrowing the recited abstract idea); “the online authentication information comprises one or more single-use online transaction authentication values” (claim 4: further narrowing the recited abstract idea); “the online authentication information comprises an online authentication identifier and/or an online authentication credential, and preferably comprises at least one of: an authentication certificate, an authentication key, and/or one or more single-use online transaction authentication values” (claim 5: further narrowing the recited abstract idea); “the secure payment transaction device and/or the online authentication information is registered in the online digital money system, and is preferably registered as a secondary online authentication means in addition to a primary online authentication means” (claim 6: further narrowing the recited abstract idea); “the online authentication information added to the secure payment transaction device via the updating unit further comprises a system identifier identifying the online digital money system, and an online identifier identifying a centrally managed digital money store of the online digital money system comprises at least one of: an account, a wallet, and/or an authentication public key” (claim 7: further narrowing the recited abstract idea); “the updating unit is a remote updating unit and/or a post-issuance updating unit, and/or the secure payment transaction device comprises at least one of: a dedicated data storage area preferably within the monetary value token unit or a dedicated online authentication information area for adding the online authentication information” (claim 8: further narrowing the recited abstract idea); “the secure payment transaction device comprises one or more of: a secure processing unit, a local interface unit, and/or a data storage unit; and/or the monetary value token system is an offline system” (claim 9: further narrowing the recited abstract idea); “the secure payment transaction device is added to the online digital money system and preferably can be used in the online digital money system only after addition of the online authentication information; an added online authentication information in the secure payment transaction device for a local terminal forms an indicator that the secure payment transaction device of the monetary value token system is a part of the online digital money system; and/or the secure payment transaction device is used for authentication in the online digital money system, particularly for authentication towards an online digital money system server, for authentication towards a transaction partner of a transaction in the online digital money system and/or for authentication of a transaction in the online digital money system” (claim 10: further narrowing the recited abstract idea); “the online digital money system and the monetary value token system are two separate and/or independent systems; and/or the updating unit is a data-only updating unit” (claim 11: further narrowing the recited abstract idea); “the secure payment transaction device of the monetary value token system is added to the online digital money system by data-only update of the online authentication information, and/or without adding an online digital money software and/or an online digital money application to the secure payment transaction device” (claim 12: further narrowing the recited abstract idea); “the secure payment transaction device further comprises: one or more monetary value tokens of the monetary value token system; a monetary value token management unit configured to directly exchange monetary value tokens in transactions of the monetary value token system; an updating unit configured to update data of the secure payment transaction device, wherein an online authentication information of an online digital money system can be added to the secure payment transaction device via the updating unit thereby enabling use of the secure payment transaction device in the online digital money system; and/or the registration of the secure payment transaction device further comprises one or more of: a device identifier of the secure payment transaction device, an authentication public key of the secure payment transaction device, a system identifier of the monetary value token system and/or an online certificate for the secure payment transaction device” (claim 14: further narrowing the recited abstract idea); “the online digital money system or the monetary value token system further comprises: a remote update control server configured to add the registration of the secure payment transaction device and optionally add online authentication information of the online digital money system to the secure payment transaction device” (claim 15: further narrowing the recited abstract idea); and “two or more online authentication information of respective two or more online digital money stores of optionally different digital money systems can be added to the secure payment transaction device; and/or two or more secure payment transaction devices can be added as secondary online authentication means in addition to a primary online authentication means in the online digital money system” (claim 17: further narrowing the recited abstract idea). Conclusion of Dependent Claims Analysis: Dependent claims 2-12, 14-15, and 17, do not correct the deficiencies of independent claims 1, 13, and 16, and they are, thus, rejected on the same basis. Conclusion of the 35 USC § 101 Analysis: Therefore, claims 1-17 are rejected as directed to an abstract idea without “significantly more” under 35 USC § 101. Claim Rejections - 35 USC § 102 The following is a quotation of the appropriate paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. § 102 that form the basis for the rejections under this section made in this Office action: A person shall be entitled to a patent unless – (a)(2) the claimed invention was described in a patent issued under § 151, or in an application for patent published or deemed published under § 122(b), in which the patent or application, as the case may be, names another inventor and was effectively filed before the effective filing date of the claimed invention. Claims 1-17 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(a)(2) as being anticipated by Stroke (US 2024/0086876 A1). As to Independent Claim 1 Stroke shows: one or more monetary value tokens of the monetary value token system (Stroke: page 3, ¶ 16; and page 5, ¶ 29); a monetary value token management unit configured to directly exchange monetary value tokens in transactions of the monetary value token system (Stroke: page 3, ¶¶ 16-18; and page 5, ¶¶ 29-30); and an updating unit configured to update data of the secure payment transaction device, wherein an online authentication information of an online digital money system can be added to the secure payment transaction device via the updating unit thereby enabling use of the secure payment transaction device in the online digital money system (Stroke: page 5, ¶ 29; and page 21, ¶ 119). Claim 2: Stroke shows all the elements of claim 1. Stroke also shows that two or more online authentication information of respective two or more centrally managed digital money stores can be added to the secure payment transaction device via the updating unit, the two or more centrally managed digital money stores comprise digital money stores of the online digital money system and/or digital money stores of different online digital money systems (Stroke: page 5, ¶ 29; and page 21, ¶ 119). Claim 3: Stroke shows all the elements of claim 1. Stroke also shows that the online authentication information comprises at least one of: an online authentication certificate, preferably for an authentication key, and/or authentication identifier of the secure payment transaction device in the monetary value token system (Stroke: page 21, ¶¶ 120-121). Claim 4: Stroke shows all the elements of claim 1. Stroke also shows that the online authentication information comprises one or more single-use online transaction authentication values (Stroke: page 3, ¶ 19). Claim 5: Stroke shows all the elements of claim 1. Stroke also shows that the online authentication information comprises an online authentication identifier and/or an online authentication credential, and preferably comprises at least one of: an authentication certificate, an authentication key, and/or one or more single-use online transaction authentication values (Stroke: page 21, ¶¶ 120-121). Claim 6: Stroke shows all the elements of claim 1. Stroke also shows that the secure payment transaction device and/or the online authentication information is registered in the online digital money system, and is preferably registered as a secondary online authentication means in addition to a primary online authentication means (Stroke: page 21, ¶¶ 120-121). Claim 7: Stroke shows all the elements of claim 1. Stroke also shows that the online authentication information added to the secure payment transaction device via the updating unit further comprises a system identifier identifying the online digital money system, and an online identifier identifying a centrally managed digital money store of the online digital money system comprises at least one of: an account, a wallet, and/or an authentication public key (Stroke: page 21, ¶¶ 120-121). Claim 8: Stroke shows all the elements of claim 1. Stroke also shows that the updating unit is a remote updating unit and/or a post-issuance updating unit, and/or the secure payment transaction device comprises at least one of: a dedicated data storage area preferably within the monetary value token unit or a dedicated online authentication information area for adding the online authentication information (Stroke: page 7, ¶ 42). Claim 9: Stroke shows all the elements of claim 1. Stroke also shows that the secure payment transaction device comprises one or more of: a secure processing unit, a local interface unit, and/or a data storage unit (Stroke: page 5, ¶ 29); and/or the monetary value token system is an offline system (Stroke: page 5, ¶ 28). Claim 10: Stroke shows all the elements of claim 1. Stroke also shows that the secure payment transaction device is added to the online digital money system and preferably can be used in the online digital money system only after addition of the online authentication information; an added online authentication information in the secure payment transaction device for a local terminal forms an indicator that the secure payment transaction device of the monetary value token system is a part of the online digital money system; and/or the secure payment transaction device is used for authentication in the online digital money system, particularly for authentication towards an online digital money system server, for authentication towards a transaction partner of a transaction in the online digital money system and/or for authentication of a transaction in the online digital money system (Stroke: page 5, ¶ 29; and page 21, ¶¶ 119-120). Claim 12: Stroke shows all the elements of claim 1. Stroke also shows that the secure payment transaction device of the monetary value token system is added to the online digital money system by data-only update of the online authentication information, and/or without adding an online digital money software and/or an online digital money application to the secure payment transaction device (Stroke: page 5, ¶ 29; and page 21, ¶ 119). As to Independent Claim 13 Stroke shows: multiple digital money stores managed on the online digital money system server for different users comprising at least one of: an account and/or a wallet (Stroke: page 3, ¶ 16); a digital money store configured to register a primary authentication means associated with the digital money store (Stroke: page 3, ¶ 16; and page 5, ¶ 29); and a secure payment transaction device of a monetary value token system configured to store monetary value tokens, wherein the secure payment transaction device may be registered as an alternative secondary authentication means associated with the digital money store (Stroke: page 3, ¶¶ 16-17; and page 5, ¶¶ 29-30). Claim 14: Stroke shows all the elements of claim 13. Stroke also shows that the secure payment transaction device (Stroke: page 3, ¶¶ 16-17; and page 5, ¶¶ 29-30) further comprises: one or more monetary value tokens of the monetary value token system (Stroke: page 3, ¶ 16; and page 5, ¶ 29); a monetary value token management unit configured to directly exchange monetary value tokens in transactions of the monetary value token system (Stroke: page 3, ¶¶ 16-18; and page 5, ¶¶ 29-30); an updating unit configured to update data of the secure payment transaction device, wherein an online authentication information of an online digital money system can be added to the secure payment transaction device via the updating unit thereby enabling use of the secure payment transaction device in the online digital money system (Stroke: page 5, ¶ 29; and page 21, ¶ 119); and/or the registration of the secure payment transaction device further comprises one or more of: a device identifier of the secure payment transaction device, an authentication public key of the secure payment transaction device, a system identifier of the monetary value token system and/or an online certificate for the secure payment transaction device (Stroke: page 21, ¶¶ 120-121). Claim 15: Stroke shows all the elements of claim 13. Stroke also shows that the online digital money system or the monetary value token system further comprises: a remote update control server configured to add the registration of the secure payment transaction device and optionally add online authentication information of the online digital money system to the secure payment transaction device (Stroke: page 24, ¶ 138). As to Independent Claim 16 Stroke shows: at least one secure payment transaction device (Stroke: page 3, ¶¶ 16-17; and page 5, ¶¶ 29-30) comprising: one or more monetary value tokens of a monetary value token system (Stroke: page 3, ¶ 16; and page 5, ¶ 29); a monetary value token management unit configured to directly exchange monetary value tokens in transactions of the monetary value token system (Stroke: page 3, ¶¶ 16-18; and page 5, ¶¶ 29-30); an updating unit configured to update data of the secure payment transaction device, wherein an online authentication information of an online digital money system can be added to the secure payment transaction device via the updating unit thereby enabling use of the secure payment transaction device in the online digital money system (Stroke: page 5, ¶ 29; and page 21, ¶ 119); at least one online digital money system server (Stroke: page 12, ¶ 67; and page 23, ¶ 132) comprising: multiple digital money stores managed on the online digital money system server for different users comprising at least one of: an account and/or a wallet (Stroke: page 3, ¶ 16); a digital money store configured to register a primary authentication means associated with the digital money store (Stroke: page 3, ¶ 16; and page 5, ¶ 29); and a secure payment transaction device of a monetary value token system configured to store monetary value tokens, wherein the secure payment transaction device may be registered as an alternative secondary authentication means associated with the digital money store (Stroke: page 3, ¶¶ 16-17; and page 5, ¶¶ 29-30); a monetary value token register of the monetary value token system (Stroke: page 3, ¶ 16); and optionally further comprising: a remote update control server, primary authentication means, and/or terminal devices (Stroke: page 21, ¶ 125; and page 22, ¶ 125). Claim 17: Stroke shows all the elements of claim 16. Stroke also shows that two or more online authentication information of respective two or more online digital money stores of optionally different digital money systems can be added to the secure payment transaction device; and/or two or more secure payment transaction devices can be added as secondary online authentication means in addition to a primary online authentication means in the online digital money system (Stroke: page 5, ¶ 29; and page 21, ¶ 119). Conclusion The prior art made of record and not relied upon is considered pertinent to applicant's disclosure.
